What a dirty place. I was ready to sign on the dotted line. and was told the miles on the van might not be correct because when the van was bought from auction the were to lazy to go and read them. Very dishonest. Run away, DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!!!!!!

bought a van, would not recommend this place
drove about 200 miles to trade Van's. I feel the junkyard would have gave me more than the 2000 he offered me. when I got home with the new used van. many things wrong with it. the locking mechanism was gone from the sliding door, the key wouldn't turn to auxiliary. the tire blew out on the way home, and was not left with a jack or spare tire. the list goes on. This place is a chop shop. beware, stray away.!!

Van I was looking at apeared to be flooded
It was a great deal. Chevy Express 2013 with 1600 miles on him. I contacted them over the internet and they said it is available. I got very excited. For some reason copied and pasted a vin number of the vehicle and than I found a website with the description and all pictures that it was flooded. I would not buy anything from them.

Not Thrilled
I purchased a Dodge Sprinter about 4 months ago from them. I was consistently assured that everything was in great shape on this vehicle. I took a train approximately 200 miles to purchase this vehicle because I felt like I did my due diligence. Once there, I felt the information I was given was fairly accurate. I test drove the vehicle and it seemed to drive fine. During the paperwork process, I was told that the auction they purchased this Sprinter from messed up the mileage and I had to sign a form stating I was aware of this. SURPRISE!! Finished the paperwork and started driving home. Halfway home, it started getting a shimmy in the front. I pulled over and realized that the tires had some weird wear spots on them. Unfortunately, this was only noticeable on the interstate. How it didn't do it until halfway home, I have no idea. There was a 90 day warranty on the vehicle, but unless it was a major issue, I'm not going to drive 3 hours for 2 tires to be replaced. About a month later, the AC went out on it. A couple hundred more dollars. Now at 4 months after purchase (and less than 3,500 miles), the transmission has started leaking, a roof seam is leaking, and upon looking into this, I realized that when they painted it white (formally yellow), they never painted the roof. What I thought to be a fair price for this vehicle is turning out to be a costly venture, not to mention the downtime for a vehicle that needs to be in service for me to make any money. I try to be real and cut people some slack. I just cannot help but wonder how many more problems I am going to have with it. With all this, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Questionable
I purchased a Sprinter about 4 months ago from Summit. When I test drove the car, everything seemed to be fine. I took a train over 170 miles to get to the dealership because I was assured that everything was in really good condition. The pictures seemed to back that up, so I went to buy it. I found no evidence of leaks, previous or current. No evidence of collision damage. Everything seemed straight and clean. During the paperwork process, I was given a piece of paper that said that the mileage on the odometer (82K) could not be verified and that it would be titled at over 100K. The dealer said that it was purchased at an auction and the sellers made a mistake. At this point, I was starting to get wary of them. I decided that maybe this was accurate, but why didn't he tell me this before I travelled so far. I purchased it and started driving home. About halfway home, it started getting a very faint rhythmic thump in the front end. I stopped at a rest area and could find nothing. Over the next few weeks, it got worse. I finally noticed a weird wear spot on one of the front tires. How did this happen in 500 miles? I don't know. Within 1 month of purchase, the AC went out. There is several hundred dollars. Now it is 4 months after purchase and I just today noticed that the transmission has started leaking as well as one of the body seams (nice little puddle of water inside the cargo area). It had a 90 day warranty, but 3+ hours away. I'm not going that far unless something very serious is wrong. Upon investigating the water leak, I looked on top of the vehicle and found that when they painted it white (previously yellow) they never painted the top. For the most part, the vehicle drives fine. We have other vehicles with way more miles that we don't put any money into repairs for. I cannot recommend Summit for auto purchases. I just feel like they were not completely honest with me.

Great Car Buying Experience
I stopped by Summit Auto Center actually just browsing not really sure what I wanted or if I was really read to purchase a used car after seeing a car they had advertised. My salesman was really patient with me and really very courteous. This was my 4th time buying a car and I have to say I never felt so comfortable and not rushed by a car salesman. He really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with what I was buying. He really changed that "sleazy" car salesman image I always had. I've already told my friends and family next time they want a car to go see him. Also I noticed the dealership closed at 6:00 that night and he was with me to well after 7:15 & didn't make me feel rushed to get out. Thanks Summit you really helped me alot and when I'm ready to get my son a new car for 18th birthday I'll be there to see you. Anyone reading this should go see this guy he really was one of a kind!!
