I had the best experience ever working with Tyler

I had the best experience ever working with Tyler Vonnahme my Sales Representative at BMW of Des Moines. I was working with another BMW Dealership however I could not get the Sales Rep to return my calls or give me any accurate information about the new X3. So I called BMW of Des Moines and Tyler took my call. He was very friendly and genuinely interested in helping me along my car buying journey. He took the time to educate me on matters that I was concerned with, he listened to me and showed a great deal of professionalism. I was so impressed by Tyler that I did end up ordering the new X3 M50 and I love it! Tyler also spent time with me after I took delivery of my new car and showed me how to work everything in the vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience and Skyler the Business Manager was great to work with and made the financing and paper work really simple and easy. I highly recommend going to buy your next BMW from Tyler at BMW of Des Moines.

I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with client advisor, Ira Booker, during the purchase of my ‘25 X7 M60i. Ira truly went the extra mile with me, keeping me updated on the vehicle’s arrival to the dealership, initial test drive and once I’d taken possession, spending several hours getting me up to speed with the amazing new technology packed into the amazing vehicle. I highly recommend Ira to anyone in the market for a new BMW.

Above and beyond

Great service at this dealership! Ira went above and beyond, keeping us posted on the status of our vehicle’s build by text message and even providing the VIN number. On delivery day, he spent HOURS with us demonstrating the vehicle features. It’s really an amazing vehicle with so much technology!

Excellent experience buying a used Chevy Tahoe from Dennis Christie! The whole process was low pressure, professional and executed quickly. We had an issue with a tire within hours and service post sale was great.

We were looking for a specific color and option list on

We were looking for a specific color and option list on an iX. After finding three examples, all a significant distance from our local dealership, and speaking with sales and leasing agents, we chose BMW Des Moines. Jeff Godwin was polite, efficient and thorough. He picked me up at the airport. The transaction was easy. Although it took longer than expected to get the car ready, the time was well spent as Jeff went over the complexities of the car's operation. He prepared me for the drive home, and followed up with phone calls along the way, making certain I had no issues. Clean and modern facility. Everyone was pleasant. The car was clean and detailed. I took advantage of a special on the "protection package" offered at no charge. The price was competitive with other dealerships. I would deal again with Jeff. For those looking for a BMW not available locally, try this dealership. This entire transaction, from initial contact to delivery, could not have been better. No high pressure to buy add-ons and no surprises. Flights to Des Moines are easy, although you probably cannot fly there direct unless from a hub airport. It was nice they provided transportation. A+
