Carson Thomas, Roger Crook and the staff that helped us were fantastic. Carson was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at and test drove. He was patient, listened and answered all our questions. He took the time to show us all the features of each vehicle and when the purchase was complete he took the additional time to help me setup the vehicle to my preferences. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I worked with Cherie to purchase my BMW 535. I saw the car online and called her to help me facilitate the purchase and shipping. It was my first time buying a car without test driving. My experience with BMW of Des Moines and especially Cherie was absolutely outstanding. She was very responsive to all my inquiries, was able to expedite my credit application and shipping process. I ordered the car to be delivered to Northern Virginia and it arrived in less than a week after the completion of the purchase process. I am very grateful for Cherie and her team for being so amazing in every aspect!!

Calvin was so great to work with. He seemed to genuinely care about his customer and made the process fun with his playful approach to work. This was above and beyond general expectations of being knowledgeable, communicative and prompt, all of which he met easily. Kiera was great to work with too. This dealership treated me like a person and respected the amount of research I had done. Roger, our salesman, shone out - he didn’t talk down or act like I was just a mark to be upsold. Everyone was fantastic and others even stopped by to chat during our paperwork process - it truly was a welcoming and respectful experience.

Sales -- 5 stars Service -- 5 stars Auto body -- zero stars The auto body portion of this dealership will take your car and never get it back. They will lie to you about when they are ordering parts. They have had my car for over 3 weeks for a repair they said would take 5 days max. They reported that they were waiting for a part to arrive. When I called the parts department they reported that they had already ordered, received and delivered the part to the auto body department. Somehow they couldn't find the part. When I figured this out, they indicated that they would overnight the part on a Friday and the part would be in on Saturday, no later than Monday. Called on Monday, no reply from the dealership. Called again on Tuesday. He didn't know why the part hadn't arrived. He indicated that he would call me back. I then called the parts department. He hadn't ordered the part on Friday. They parts department reordered the part on Tuesday. Who knows when OR IF I will ever get my car back. Do not purchase a BMW in Des Moines Iowa if you ever plan to need service or auto body work because they will take your car and never give it back!!!!!

As always, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is impeccable, and the employees are neatly and professionally dressed! Ira, my client advisor, remembers my name and always stops to say Hello, when I bring my x3 in for service. If you've never had a BMW, you should buy/lease one...the added service you get is more than worth it. GREAT cars, GREAT people, GREAT service!!
