This place is full of it what he does is the price that you see on the internet is not the real price of the cars he has the real prices on the cars when you get there then when you show him the price on the internet he just suggested it with the dealer fees to make the car be the price he really wants it to be so it's a waste of time going there he's full of s***

STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY Had the car for a few days and only used 1/4 tank of gas . The Check engine light come on. I took to my mechanic. to find out it needs a Catalytic Converter. Zach was extremely hesitant to provide any information
Zach was extremely hesitant to provide any information via email regarding the document fee, tax/title/license fee, and any warranty information. This is not. quality you find in reputable dealers who are transparent with their pricing. At one point he specifically stated I would have to call if I wanted to do business with them, before I'd even been provided with basic pricing info that is not vehicle specific. I understand that as an attempted salesman Zach is required to try and take the customer for what they have but a quality sales rep isn't afraid of an informed customer who would like a written record of communication to hold the dealership accountable. Guest that's not their style here, I just wish they had tried harder to serve the customer by just providing the very basic information that was asked. Overall Zach was very upset that he encountered an informed customer who anticipated his desire to have no written record of correspondence, and wasn't willing to put forward the effort required to do his job and make an honest sale, to say nothing of his notable impulse control issues while trying to cease contact with the business. I just wish he had attempted to have a positive interaction with a potential customer but it seems that was not something he was capable of doing.

TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS
So here is a story, My parents were involved in a bad car accident. A drunk driver hit them and totaled their car. They are in their 80s! My mother is still able to drive and takes care of my father, by taking him to doctor appointments. So after this accident my parents were in need of a car. I was not involved in this transaction. Not a week after getting the car, the check engine light comes on. My mother calls them. the salesman says he is going on vacation, and that he will help her later. A few days later the car died in a parking lot. The battery went dead. So now my mother is asking for my help. So we take it to my mechanic. He reads the code for the check engine light and this may be something covered under the warranty ( they sold my mother for 400 dollars ) which only lasts 3 months. My mechanic looks the car over, it has a bad ball joint , they back tires are bad because they put the front tires on the back because the ball joint was bad. The battery is also shot in the car. He sold the car to my parents who are in their 80s, a car with over 80,000 miles on it for 15,000 dollars. We went to talk to him and the minute i opened my mouth, he started yelling are you threatening me? I just looked at him and did nothing. I knew right away he was not going to help my mother because he was just full of excuses! You sell a used car for 15,000 dollars the least you can do is put a new battery in the car! Let alone the safety factor here! Do not whatever you do deal with this company!!!!!I could tell this man has had other issues with customers right away because he couldn't even handle speaking to me, he went on the defensive right away. What kind of person takes advantage of a senior citizen, like this? You know what kind! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

we bought a used Toyota Rav 4 in July 2020
Jim can't take bad reviews off because it's google and he'd have to pay. Met Jim once but Zake sold us our 2010 Toyota Rav 4. Our mechanic said it was a good car and had been well maintained for 10 years and that the previous owner loved the car. We told Zake that our mechanic said we need new front brakes and a battery. They fixed the brakes and promised the battery. Then when we needed a battery a week later they reneged and said if it had happened during the first week they would replace it. I will never buy another car from a liar. That is what these guys are and there are plenty of xxxxty used car salesmen in the world. I'll buy our next car from one of them. These guys always have plenty of cars on their lot and always buying more but to screw a customer in the middle of a pandemic is reprehensible.

STAY AWAY NO MATTER WHAT
They sell lemon cars. Jim is rude and lies straight to your face. Car broke down in the first week and I spent over $4,000 in repairs for a car I paid almost $10,000 for. He deletes poor reviews and will call you and harass you for leaving one to take it down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Much better used car dealers in the area.

Jimmy sells lemons
Jimmy sells lemons and then lies about it later. I had a difficult time speaking to him afterwards because he treated me like garbage so I had the Chevy dealership call him to explain to him that my issues were legitimate and that the car needed to be rebuilt because the dealer that Jimmy got it from had put regular oil in a fully synthetic engine in order to cover up the sound that it was making. The exhaust manifold was cracked, the cams were melted out of alignment, the engine was fully gummed and no normal maintenance had been performed properly.... Performed yes, with the wrong parts, the wrong oil, while ignoring the recall that would have been fixed for free if they had not been negligent ..and then his 'buddy' at the prior dealership intentionally put the wrong oil into the vehicle(for several oil changes, long enough to burn hot enough to destroy the interior of the engine) This is no different than putting sugar in the gas tank. Thousands of dollars later the Chevy dealership was able to work it out with the warranty company and get most of it covered by their terrible warranty (which does not cover anything that isn't a completely sealed part that is inside the engine). Jimmy did not know what or where the exhaust manifold was... I wonder if he knows anything more than where the steering wheel is located. He's a great slime ball salesman, and a very good liar. He'd make a good teammate if you like cheating, lying, and generally making an ignoramus of yourself.

Overall great car shopping experience
The car buying experience was great easy to do and very smoothe so this review will be based on that not the quality of vechicle bought. Jimi was very accommodating when it came to the the purchase of our vechicle and it was a very pleasant and no rushed buying process .i was allowed to take the vechicle for a very extensive test drive just to make sure that I was sure the purchase was something I wanted to do.
