They had a price advertised on their website for the model car I had been looking into buying. I called multiple times trying to reach a sales manager so that I could obtain an out the door price, only getting an Internet sales rep with no authority telling me to try using the website and that she let a manager know I had called. After a full day of attempting to get ahold of a manager, I made a decision, which in hindsight, was terrible: I decided to rent a car to drive the 3 hours there to buy the car, figuring my presence in person, plus it being the last day of the year would help me negotiate the best possible price. That's where everything went wrong. I arrived at the dealership and took a test drive, everything looked great. Then when I sat down with sales rep (notice not a manager) he asked me three number I would be happy with to walk out the door with the vehicle and I told him. He then proceeded to show me that the advertised price online has a hidden disclaimer that you have to expand one of the dealer comments sections and buried in the middle of a big paragraph was the fine print: the advertised price was only for buyers who qualified for a 3 rebates: recent college grad in the past 12 months, military veteran, AND have already made a purchase at their dealership in the past 12 months!! So for all practical purposes, virtually nobody. He then took my OTD offer to his sales manager and came back with their offer, $2600 higher than their advertised price, and refused to even attempt to negotiate. Hello? I'm in front of you eager to make a deal and you don't even counter offer to help offset the shady gotcha Internet price? Then somebody else walked into the dealership and I overheard them saying they wanted to look at the same vehicle and I knew I had wasted my time. Sure enough, after the other person entered the picture, the price didn't budge even $1 and I left. No sales manager ever called me back, no counter offer ever made, nothing, and the car is still unsold 2 weeks later. What a bunch of shady, moronic snakes. I dodged a bullet by not making a purchase from them and hopefully others will see this review and also making a mistake as well.

Hi, we're really sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Transparency and clear communication are very important to us, and it seems we missed the mark in this case. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can further discuss this and make things right.

BUYER BEWARE Beware of this place, and beware of finance manager "Richard" . He sold me both a vehicle service contract and tire and wheel protection contract after I had repeatedly told him I was not interested. He insisted and kept repeating "but sir do you not value the piece of mind knowing your new vehicle is protected" enough times for me to reluctantly agree just to shut him up so I could leave. I knew I had the option to cancel both contracts and get a full refund, so that is what I figured I would do. Unfortunately for me, I did not realize that "Richard" entered the wrong leinholder information on BOTH contracts. When I called the vehicle service contract holder and the tire and wheel contract holder to cancel, they informed me that the leinholder information on the contracts did not match my actual leinholder. This needed to be corrected by the dealership so that the refund check for the contracts would be sent to the correct bank (they do not refund you directly, they refund the bank holding your car loan. I proceeded to text the sales associate who assisted me with the transaction to have his finance manager fix the leinholder information (I did not inform them I would be cancelling the contracts, just that I wanted the information corrected). He informed "Richard" and told me that it would be fixed that day. I waited until the next day to call the warranty companies to confirm, but was told the dealership did not contact them, and the leinholder information was unchanged. I let the sales associate know, and he said it would be fixed that day. This went on for over a week with no resolution. I got fed up enough and told the sales associate that if the leinholder information was not corrected by that day that I wanted them cancelled. All of a sudden I became important and "richard" finally called me. During this call, he lied and told me that the information was corrected (it still is not 2 weeks post phone call as I type this review). I informed him that I wanted to cancel. This prompted him to go back to his "but sir do you not value the piece of mind of knowing your vehicle is protected." I said no and that I wanted it cancelled. He said "sir do you know that the value of the contracts will go back to the bank and be applied to your principle balance, but your payment will remain unchanged." I said yes please cancel my contracts immediately I'd like a full refund. This is when "richard's" whole tone changed to arrogant. He proceeded to yell at me and say "fine we will cancel the contracts" and proceeded to immediately hang up on me. I cannot express, despite the act he puts on, how unprofessional this guy is. I will spare you all the full story of how they were supposed to fix a rust spot on the vehicle I bought from them, but then gave me the runaround for 3 days AFTER I dropped the car off to them for an appointment I scheduled over a week in advance. I decided to pick the car up because they couldn't give me an answer on when it would be done. They had not even started to do any work on the rust spot in the 3 days that they had the car. Good Salesperson but terrible management and old school high pressure techniques. Very disappointed and offended that they think that style still works.

Bait and switch!
Bait and switch! Wish we would have read reviews first!! This place is a huge scam!!! The price you see online is NOT what you will get when you show up. It’s a bait and switch from the moment you walk in. We called and confirmed the price, car availability, but when we showed up all cars are automatically $2535 higher. The sales person is trained to make “not their fault” . The basically add in a bunch of bogus online discounts then add it back in once you arrive. I know the car business is grimy but this place is on a whole different level. Also, The people that “answer the phone” are a calling service and basically yes you to death for any question to drive traffic to dealership… so be clear: there are credit card fees, they don’t take checks, and if you buy cash they add an extra $2500 because they want you to finance. On top of the $2535 which was hidden from the get. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealership!

Based on other reviews I reached out prior to going to this dealer to get a out the door cash price. I was told multiple times just to come in and that the price displayed was the price, but there are some additional fees. Nobody would tell me what the fees were or how much. What a shady dealership. Will not be doing business with them.
