Bait and switch. Whatever the advertised price you see on any website add an additional 7-10 thousand dollars of fees. Bogus fees. Don’t walk but run from this place

Unethical, Negligent, and Unprofessional
This dealership is negligent and unprofessional. The sales associates and managers have minimal knowledge about the vehicles on the lot. I test drove and submitted an application for an 2019 Audi Q3. I was not informed the vehicle I was interested in was a manufacturer buy buck with a branded title until after I submitted my credit application. The information about the manufacturer buy backs are not stated on cars.com or the actual website. The manager stated he was aware that the information was not made available to the consumer, he was also unconcerned. This information is usually provided upfront to avoid mistakes such as this one. The manager knew less about the car specifications than I did, although he claimed he previously worked at Audi. They are not interested in customer satisfaction or transparency. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing any type of vehicle from a place this unethical, negligent, and unprofessional.

Bought a beautiful truck at this place.
Bought a beautiful truck at this place. Came to find out later that they added $9500 dollars worth of insurance on the vehicle. Tried canceling the coverage. Now they won’t answer my calls. Now it’s 2 months later and never received a credit. Next step is legal action and the better business bureau. Stay away from this place. Crooked.

Went to see about a used SUV. I was interested and made a cash offer but the sales rep went to talk to his manager and added about $10k worth of junk fees. In disbelief, I tried to make a deal anyway and gave the sales rep a firm "out the door" offer. The sales rep came back with a final "take it or leave it" counter offer $6k below the original out the door price but still $3,500 over the advertised price. His explanation, the $3500 is a "hard add" of a Life360 coverage package that included rain protection, bird poop protection, odor protection, low jack and other unnecessary add ons. They would not sell the vehicle without the $3500 added on to it. This is a bait and switch dealer. Buyers, please stay away from this dealer. My time is valuable and they wasted 2 hours of my life. I wish I would have checked the reviews 1st.
