Problem with window tinting.

Problem with window tinting. The dealership wanted me to pick up my car before the tinting cured. I delayed until the tinting cured 72 hours later.

My experience was great!

My experience was great! I worked with Alex and we were able to come to an agreement before even stepping foot on the property. I live about 45 minutes away so that was extremely helpful. Upon arriving, I met with Alex, test drove the car, and finalized the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and I'm inclined to return for future purchases.

I reached out to Huntsville Toyota on 12/20 however the

I reached out to Huntsville Toyota on 12/20 however the dealership was closed until 12/26. I called again and spoke to sales representative Ian and had asked to please send me a video of the car to make sure there were no scratches on the vehicle I was interested. His response was that it was raining and he would send later. Today’s date is 12/30 and still have not received no video. Wasted my time dealing with Huntsville Toyota and decided to purchase my car from Don McGill Toyota. Thanks for nothing!
