Great sales person

The people were very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions,.Great salesman Joe Joe. Service person very friendly told us about how to get the car serviced.

Went in for an oil change came home with a new car

Awesome staff I was immediately greeted by Nick and a short time later he had me in a new Corolla! I was fully informed on all the safety features and Nick helped me through the whole process explaining every detail; He is a be asset to your sales team.

The service lady was very help with me

Jessica did everything to make sure my Camry was fix .the way I want it .and call the warranty company .and handle claim with them.

Too Many Cabin Filters

Generally, I think the service I receive is good. I usually wait at the dealership and I am usually in and out in a couple of hours. This dealership is not the closest to my home so I go out of the way to patronize this particular dealership mainly on the basis of the good relationship I have developed with one particular salesman. My problem, is that almost everytime I come in for scheduled service, I am told that I need to replace my cabin filter. I have owned countless cars in my life and I have never had to replace these filters with the frequency I have had to do at Landers-McLarty. I can't help but feel that this is a scam designed to separate me from a few more hard-earned dollars. I mean, I do not drive this vehicle that much as it's secondary to my main vehicle. I do not drive in dusty or contaminated areas, either. So why am I having to change this filter so darn often?

Great service experience

I changed out the ball joints on my son’s truck. I brought it in for an alignment. They said the truck was all in spec and didn’t need any adjustments. They didn’t charge me since no adjustments were needed. I am very impressed at the honesty and overall experience.

customer service as far as who answers your phones

when calling to speak with service it sent me to parts where aman answered and transfered me to service .NO ONE ANSWERED SO I CALLED BACK AND HE ANSWERED AGAIN AND OH YEAH THEY ARE NOT HERE TODAY VERY SHORT TO ME . CALLED THE NEXT MORNING HE ANSWERED AGAIN AND SAID MAAM THIS IS PARTS THEY DO NOT GET HERE UNTIL 7:30 AS IF I WAS BOTHERHING HIM . SO WHEN YOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM ANSWERS AND TELLS YOU WHAT # TO SELECT 1 IS SERVICE , AND THAT IS WHAT I SELECTED BUT, GOT SOMETHING ELSE A RUDE MAN.

Help in finding a hard vehicle to locate

Both Nick and Brain were very dedicated to locating a RAV4 Hybrid meeting my requirements. We settled on waiting for the delivery of a vehicle already on order. Glad I waited and got what I wanted.
