I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Union NJ last weekend and was greated by two receptionist who were extremely professional and hospitable. The receptionist introduced me to a salesperson by the name of Lenny Inserra. Lenny was excellent. He made my car purchasing experience enjoyable and seamless. His customer service skills are impeccable. The entire process was fast, painless and professional starting from the receptionist, to Lenny, the manager, and the cashier. If you're in the market to purchase a new or Certified Pre-owned Mercedes, I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Union NJ and request Lenni Inserra as your salesperson. Service is always top notch.

Service is always top notch. Dawn was my service Consultant. Arranged Ubers for me to make getting my Mercedes GLS service done without any inconvenience. She was to the point and helped me understand things I needed to be aware of or should plan to get fixed in the near future. Loved the gift bag and the car wash and tire polish upon pickup.

In mid September 2024 I had my SL55 serviced.

In mid September 2024 I had my SL55 serviced. It was a brilliant experience. Everyone genuinely cared from the moment I arrived, through drop off, and the few days needed to perform all the tasks. I don't know all the Team in the background, but much of the follow through is orchestrated by Dawn D'Argenio. Dawn is a kind, warm, and knowledgeable communicator keeping me up to date on a regular schedule. She also made me aware of special savings that were available. I do recommend the RC Union service team, and for that matter sale team too. I am grateful. Thank you! Thank you!!
