From the time I first walked through the front door till

From the time I first walked through the front door till the time I drove home my new Mercedes I was treated like a special customer. I’ve been buying new cars for 50 years and this experience has been the absolute best. I want to give Ryan Natale a special thanks for making my purchase as easy as possible. I often said buying a new car was like going to the dentist for a root canal but that all changed when I went to Ray Catena of Union and met Ryan Natale. He kept me informed of the whole process, from the build date in Germany to the ship date to the US. I knew exactly what was happening. I could not be more pleased with the service I received at this dealership. If you go there ask for Ryan Natale and you will be assured of the same level of service I received. 👍

Lenny was professional and knowledgeable throughout the

Lenny was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire car sales process. What I especially appreciated was that he offered me a test drive after I came just to see the interior colors of the GLC 43. As a woman, this meant quite a lot to me. The experience just got better from there. Once Lenny helped us to understand the options available on the vehicle, he found us the exact car we were looking for. Lenny’s closing process and the paperwork experience were a breeze—no high pressure anything, integrity through to the last step! The post sale care and car tutorial were excellent. Our next Mercedes purchase will be with Lenny and Ray Catena of Union—a well run organization!

I cannot say enough good things about Ray Catena Mercedes

I cannot say enough good things about Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Union, New Jersey. Lenny Inserra is the car best sales person I’ve ever worked with. There was absolutely no pressure and just a genuine desire to be helpful. The dealership itself is beautiful, immaculate and spacious. The entire staff are welcoming and helpful. There’s not another dealership that can compare. My wife has been a repeat customer of the dealership and Mr. Inserra in particular. I had been a Lexus devotee for decades . But after several disappointing experiences of late, I decided to switch and I’m extremely happy that I did.

Exactly what a luxury car buying experience should be! We’ve been buying and leasing new cars for over 30 years and have never had a completely positive dealership experience. Until we met Jessica that is. There was no making us wait while “checking with the manager” on pricing, no finance manager nonsense, no hard upsells, etc. Just a very efficient and straightforward process from start to finish. We weren’t necessarily planning on our next car being a Mercedes, but based on this experience, it may just have to be. We hope Jessica is there when we’re back in the market.

She has such a genuine personality that made it easy to connect with her. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Her attention to detail, patience, and dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied stood out. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I just want to share what a pleasure it was to work with Jessica Cohen at Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Union. It was a seamless process - selecting and purchasing a GLE AMG. As a long time die hard BMW owner, it was not easy to break my loyalty. But Jessica (and James) were able to find me my perfect match and make me an offer that I couldn’t refuse. Jessica was professional, not pushy - she listened, she heard me and she got me. BTW the showroom is one of the nicer I’ve been in, lots of inventory (even though I ended up ordering the vehicle I wanted), excellent service at every level - from the receptionist to the tech I spoke with at length (Diana). Everyone exuded a warmth, and graciousness that Ray Catena can be proud of.
