Add my name to list of horrible service. Left my car there for service already PAID for as recommended by Harold ..called him after waiting 1 1/2 weeks for update bcuz he never called me, I was supposed to get call next day.. hmm next day hasn’t come yet..he has yet to call me with an update..it’s only been 3 week but who’s counting..left message for his supervisor to call me last week call was supposed to be next day. strange next day hasn’t come for her either..now I’m going over her head and send email to her boss and won’t stop until I get satisfaction for mistreatment I recvd.

We took up a lease for a Mercedes through this dealership a year ago. The car was not fitting our lifestyle anymore, so we went to talk to Lenny. He was very professional, he even let me test drive the car to show my wife. We drove the GLC out of the showroom the same day. This is a dealership where salesmen are not pushy, but think along and make it happen. I would recommend Lenny & colleagues from Ray Catena as we have a very good service.

This place is so poorly managed I don't know where to start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been worked on. In a call with a service advisor, he takled about staff shortages. There was never any communication about extended wait times when we dropped off the car. I recently have had Toyota, Dodge and Honda service with other dealers go in and out. Not at Ray Catena. Now they can't be bothered with getting our car back to us. I will not be bringing my business back to this dealer.
