My wife and I are happy to be part of the "A-F Motors Family" and are loyal customers. Tad and Kara Wormet have always gone out of their way to accommodate our car buying needs! They are patient, very helpful and are always in-tune with our needs. We recently found ourselves wanting to replace our second vehicle. After looking at and test driving several cars, we were able to find a very clean used Chevrolet Equinox at a fair and affordable price! I was looking for a used car but they treated me like I was buying a new one. Not only the sales staff but the rest of their support staff let you know they would help in any way they could. They helped me find a financial deal with a reasonable interest rate and a payment plan that was suited to me. They made my buying experience to be very easy and comfortable. The wife and I recently purchased a new Rocky Ridge Edition truck from A-F Motors. We live 168 miles away from this dealership but once we stopped there and had the opportunity to speak with everyone there it was a no brainer that we would buy from them. Jenna, the salesperson we dealt with and Kara the finance manager were absolutely fabulous. They both went out of their way to make sure that our experience at A-F Motors would be one that we would not forget. Jenna was relentless at making sure all of our needs were met and kept in constant contact with us to make sure we were completly satisfied. Kara went out her way to find us the best possible incentives and financing and she even came in on her day off to make sure that all of the paperwork was correct and to go overall the details. About a year ago I was looking for a new car to replace a truck that I had. I heard about A/F Motors from a friend and stopped in at their dealership. I was greeted by one of their sales staff and immediately noticed a genuine interest in what I was looking for in a new vehicle. She listened to what I would like to have as options and took the time to be sure I understood all of them. We actually spent over 3 hours that day just to be sure I was getting the right vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles in my time and usually the sales people just want you to buy and go. This is not the case at A/F motors. They want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. When I took delivery of my new traverse, they spent a lot of time for the orientation. They also followed-up by phone several times just to be sure I was happy and understood all the functions the car had. They gave a tour of their service department as well as introductions to their service staff. If you want to do business with a family run dealership, this is the place to go. I returned six months later to purchase a new truck and felt like I had just came home. The same great service as I had before. This time I took advantage of the low interest financing rate and the staff in that department took the time to explain all the details of that transaction.
