Michael Troedel provided outstanding customer service

Michael Troedel provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I first contacted Michael two weeks prior to my visit after purchasing my Ghibli from a private seller in Fort Lauderdale (I am from Michigan). I am a retired Police Sergeant and US Army Command Sergeant Major. Having that background, I was seeking someone who shared my "attention to detail" and work ethic as this was my first Maserati (my dream car that I had planned to buy once I retired from two long awarding careers, the US Army and Troy Police) and wanted to make sure my new car received the best care and safety inspection for the 1,400 mile drive back to Detroit. Michael and I spoke several times before I arrived in Fort Lauderdale and while at the dealership, enjoyed several discussions about the service being provided. I felt like I was visiting family with the trust and care he and the entire staff displayed during my visit. In addition to the great service and professionalism that Michael showed, my Technician/Shop Foreman (Brian), also displayed care and a high level of competence that exceeded my expectations, which is what I had hoped for as I planned this visit. I had the utmost trust and confidence in all the work he performed, and I'm happy to report that my 19.5-hour (1400-mile trip) back to Michigan was successful and without any mechanical issues!! I am so happy and would highly recommend both this dealership, the amazing service staff (Michael and Brad), and the amazing Technician/Foreman (Brian) to work on your vehicle with total confidence!! I also appreciate the follow-up call from Haylie (customer service) on my way home. I enjoyed sharing with her that I had driven approximately 800 miles at that point and all was going well. Very nice lady, very sincere and caring! Great Job, Crew! Keep up the amazing work, I am a Maserati customer for life, and thanks for your support and care of our Police/Military, it's appreciated more than you know! Be Safe, Joseph Haddad (US Army Command Sergeant Major and Retired Troy Police Sergeant).
