I moved back to Belle Plaine about five years ago and
I moved back to Belle Plaine about five years ago and stroll through the lot a few times a month to window shop Corvettes. I was in auto sales for several years and had always been self-conscious about wasting a sales persons time should they up me since I am primarily just a tire kicker. I was astounded that during these five years that not once did a single sales person up me while I was looking. That changed on Saturday when a young man named Matty walked out to greet me. I immediately told him that I wasn't buying that day or any day soon but told him the same story I am laying out here and thanked him for his attention and encouraged him to keep doing what his peers are not doing. I would encourage any would be Matt Saxe customers to ask for young Matty. He is a very pleasant young man eager to help who isn't sitting at his desk waiting for a customer to come find him. Sales folk who wait for the customer to find them seldom deliver as good of customer service as folks like Matty who are out looking for people to help. From the long haired guy that you greeted Saturday afternoon Matty keep on doing what you're doing and you will have a great future in the industry. Tip O the cap to you young man. Best of luck in your new career!

Purchased a used car and immediately had issues with it.
Purchased a used car and immediately had issues with it. Immediately! Took it into the service department and they said they checked everything and nothing was wrong. Took it elsewhere and of course issues were found that cost me $1,800 to fix. This was steering and and ride related. I asked in writing what they would do to make this "right" and zero response after giving them weeks to respond. It was escalated within the company so this is not just an issue with one person. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. Any legitimate company would have had the decency to at least respond.

Service department very petty!
Service department very petty! They didn’t want to do a warranty install on our 3500 ltz and did a horrible install and left intentional grinding on top of our 9000 v plow. Left zip ties, tape and fuses exposed. Don’t buy from them or take your vehicle to get work done if you value your vehicle! I don’t believe certified mechanics worked on it! Had to have it fixed after they worked on it. Horrible!

The owner & manager were the absolute worst people to...
The owner & manager were the absolute worst people to deal with after the sale. I will never again go to that dealership or perhaps any other GM dealership. After my experiences there I was kinda hoping they had improved customer treatment. (I have been driving Toyota for the past 15 years) During the sales process I was assured that any problems would be addressed & taken care of. I advised them of a slight vibration while driving down the road & they diagnosed the problem as a bad driveshaft, so after a couple of months they replaced all the driveshaft & associated parts. They advised me the tires were shot. I told them it should never have been sold like that. The response from the owner & manager was a total Jekyll & Hyde reaction they told me it was my problem but he would be kind enough to mount & balance them at no cost (about (80 bucks) tires were over 2000.00. I bought the tires & while mounting them they found a bent wheel, the technician told me that could definitely cause a vibration. He already had the new tire mounted on the wheel & when told the new wheel would be over a thousand bucks & that too would be at my expense. I just wanted to get the "F" out of that dealership. Yup, you guessed it, that same vibration is still there. The car came with a dealer warranty for the drive train, but, instead of honoring their financial responsibility they charged "ALLY" the after market warranty I purchased. That to me is simply wrong a greedy & irresponsible action to pass of an expense of almost 4 thousand dollars If I were ALLY I would be kinda pissed that they had a dealership pulling that crap on them. I really hope this dealership is not representative of all GM dealerships, but I will not try them again. In my opinion 1 star is way to high of a rating, cuz to me this place really sucks.

Brought in my 2005 Corvette for service for the first time. Donna and Ryan were great! Very happy with everything. I will definitely be back. Maybe to upgrade the Corvette someday.

I didn't find my new SUV with Matt Saxe this time but my last car was from there and they helped in my search this time around. The sales staff was super nice. Took the time to talk to me and dig into what I wanted. Had everything ready for me when I arrived to test drive. Followed up after my visit!
