A Great Place quick service never had to wait long
I walked in for oil change and tire rotation it was so fast that I could not finish my coffee in the customer waiting area and the price was so low that... I asked the service advisor if they performed the right service for my suburban and he ended up giving a big list with all what was checked in this visit
my wife and i bought a new car (2014) malibu) wednesday march12TH 2014. our salesman was mike davis (this man has the patience of job) and this was the... MOST PLEASANT buying expierence we had. i'm 75 years olds and have been around the block a few times. also past experience with the columbia chevrolet service department is 5 star. i fully recomend columbia montgomery road to everyone! robert lawson

I am a first time purchaser at Columbia Chevrolet, but this is my fourth Corvette. My friends have shopped here and they were all very satisified. The... quality of care and friendliness of Gary Greever and all the staff was outstanding. They helped me do a National Corvette Museum delivery of my car and it was a remarkable experience. I cannot say enough about the service, attention to detail, and quality of care of the entire Columbia organization. I am extremely satisfied with my beautiful car and the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely terrible business practices! Originally went in after reviewing the online pricing. Test drove a vehicle, absolutely loved it, and discussed... numbers. I worked with Nick who readily agreed that he would submit my information to their direct financing ONLY as I did not want my credit ran multiple times.We agreed on the price of the vehicle and went home for the evening. The next afternoon I was notified by Nick that they could not acquire us financing. When I questioned him about the exact numbers that were ran, he then notified me that the online pricing was invalid and that he had to screen my credit for a vehicle that was $5,000 more. When asked why he did not contact me prior to screening me with that difference all he could say was "I've been doing this too long to make that mistake, I should have called you". Nick then tried to justify his actions by interrupting me multiple times and talking over me while I was questioning why this would happen. After numerous conversations with the sales manager Joe and Nick and promises of "we're going to make this right for you" I was then offered a deal that had a difference of $300.00. Buying a car is stressful enough that I shouldn't have to worry about deceitful and shady business practices.
Service department is very helpful and keeps you posted during service. Handled 3rd party warranty claim in the background and got the part replaced under... warranty. Very knowledgeable on any issue that I have had.
Thank you to the sales team for helping me purchase my new Stingray. This is not the first vehicle I’ve purchased from Columbia, and I had another fantastic... experience! Joe Becker, Gary Grever, and Dave Parker always go above-and-beyond to make sure I leave a happy customer. This time was particularly exceptional. Gary and Joe wanted to make sure I continue purchasing Corvettes from their dealer. Joe gave me a great discount and a fair number for my trade. I worked with Dave to order my next vehicle as well. Moving forward, I won’t even consider going to another Chevy dealer. If you’re looking for a great experience buying a car, especially a Corvette, go see the sales team at Columbia. All the workers were friendly and courteous. There is a staff member that frequently checks on the customers in the waiting room and asks if we needed... anything to eat or drink. He does that every time :)
My husband, my three kids (including a 3 month old) were in route (2 hr drive) to buy a car listed on Cars.Com and their dealership website. I called to... let them know we were coming when we were about half way so they could bring the vehicle up. The salesman was very rude and stated he would call me back. After 20 minutes, I called them again and he stated the price listed was wrong and I asked to speak to a manager. The GM strongly lacked customer service skills and stated the price was wrong not on one but on THREE different sources, including their personal webpage. When I explained we were already almost there, he stated he could offer me the vehicle at invoice ($10,500 more than listed!) And he had no other suggestions to remedy the situation. After three and a half hours in the car for no reason, we decided to buy elsewhere. Horrible customer service!
Nicole, We are so very sorry for all of your troubles and wasted time! We know how hard that must of been to travel with a 2 young kids and a baby! O...nly to find that the car you wanted was mis-priced. We work hard to have happy customers and we completely dropped the ball. we sincerely apologize to you.
