The dealership & Nate really pulled through for us in a situation that could've been a disaster. The dealership came through with the necessary repairs that in turn made us not hesitate to make a second 5 hour trip to pick up our toy hauler. We are very satisfied and would definitely do further business with them in the future.

Our experience at Holmans was the best. The service and personal were top notch. This is the kind of salesman ship that all business should have. Every one was wonderful to work with and attentive to all of our needs. I have never been in such a great establishment. Nate was great to work with. We would travel the 5 hours again to deal with this company.

I had the best experience at Holman Motors, Inc. Tony Zee was my sales person, and allowed me to do most of the purchase online since I had a two hour drive to get there. We had everything finalized prior to my arrival. All I had to do was look at the unit I was interested in. He was very quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. When I arrived to look at the new unit I was interested in, it was everything they said it would be. There were no hidden fees or surprises. It was serviced and ready to bring home. They told me through email they would give me $9500 out of my trade without ever laying eyes on it. I was worried that when I made the 2 hour drive in the wind and rain with my old travel trailer that the $9500 offer would change. It didn't at all, however, it was in great shape as I told them it was in. They did what they said they would do and to me that is worth the trip. The customer service from everyone involved in the purchase of my new Viewfinder was absolutely superb! I couldn't have asked for any better treatment. There were no hassles from anyone. When I arrived with my old unit, immediately there was a man waiting outside to direct me. It was amazing. Eddie always goes above and beyond for us. This is our 2nd camper purchase from Hollman's & Eddie always is patient and makes us aware of what campers are available for us to come look at.

This is, I believe the sixth RV we have purchased over the years from Holman. A couple of things stood out this time. The salesman Eddie was above and beyond in helping us. I had a few problems in the first weeks and when I called he responded FAST, even I later found out on his day off when his phone extension was forwarded to his cell at home. Tom, I forgot last names, gave us the walk through and more important than that when we were camping at East Fork two weeks later and had a problem, he came to the camp site during his lunch time to helps us. That's a first. We had a water heater problem, that comes and goes, and when I dropped of my trailer on a Monday to get it repaired, I explained that I was leaving that Friday for a two week camping trip and really needed hot water. Paul, I think he is the service manager, and Forest not only met the dead line but Forest called me numerous times during that week with updates. He was having the same problem I had, works some times not other times. Thursday afternoon it was fixed. Of all the RV purchases we have made through the years, from Class A to Fifth Wheels, this was the least expensive one we have bought, yet this team effort was great and if I live long enough I am sure my seventh purchase will be from Holman. I knew exactly the GMC Truck I wanted going in, and even though there wasn't one on the lot,the Salesman "Tom Cranmer" did everything he could to accommodate me and I got the truck I wanted. It doesn't get any better than that.

Holman RV was excellent to deal with! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our RV. They entire staff including the parts department were professional and very kind in helping us make the right decisions. We will definately be recommending them to our friends!

We very much appreciated Eddie Holmberg's assistance and knowledge. He listened to what features my wife and I most wanted in a higher end recreational vehicle, and was able to match us up with the 2014 Outback 298RE that has proven to be a perfect fit for our needs and towing capabilities. We'd been "looking" for several years, and especially so in the past 6 months. We had explored everything (several times over) from Class A, B, & C motorhomes to 5th Wheels to Travel Trailers. But ultimately, for our present needs, the Outback 298RE proved to be the best choice for us, and Eddie was instrumental in helping us reach that conclusion. In conjunction with my company, I purchase automobiles frequently and have no hesitation in pressing hard for the "best deal" when I'm certain there is still room for a better deal to be made. It occurred to me a week or two after the purchase of our Outback that I hadn't even mentioned price in our transaction with Holman and Eddie. Why? Because we'd visited dealers from Lexington, Kentucky to Sidney, Ohio and from Hillsboro, Ohio to Richmond, Indiana. We compared features and negotiated prices with several of those dealers. We also regularly scoured dealer websites from across the midwest and south for similar models, and meticulously researched prices. In short, we already knew the price we were quoted by Eddie Holmberg on the Outback was as good or better than any price that could have been negotiated anywhere in the midwest for a unit of comparable quality and similarly equipped. My philosophy; if a deal's good - you shake hands and take the deal. When my wife and I were ready to buy, we shook hands with Eddie, and we're now thoroughly enjoying our travel trailer. We would not hesitate to recommend Holman RV or Mr. Holmberg to someone interested in pursuing a recreational vehicle, and we'd certainly go back again when or if the time ever comes. It was the easiest place to purchase my 1 ton truck. They had the truck I was looking for without ordering it. My salesman, Ed Sutto, was friendly and honest. He called me back quickly and everytime when I had questions. The whole atmosphere was hassel free and they had the paperwork all ready when I got there to pick up my new truck. I would go back again in the future to purchase any vehicle. Thanks Ed and Holman Motors for a great experience!

I had attempted to buy an RV from a consignment dealer and was given a rejection simply because I had recently moved and changed jobs. I contacted Edie Holmberg at Holman Motors and after explaining my situation to him filled out a credit application for an RV I had chosen. Over the course of the next few days I received emails and phone calls requesting additional information and providing updates and was approved in a matter of hours when the financing was submitted. During the entire purchasing process I was continuously updated by Eddie of the status of the purchase and also the status of shipping the RV to Texas. while I feel the way Eddie and Holman Motors handled the sale is how I think all sales should be handled, nowadays it is far from normal to receive this level of service from too many sellers. I cannot recommend Eddie Holmberg and Holman Motors enough; the entire process could not have been easier and I honestly felt Eddie and Holman Motors always put my best interest first.
