We brought our 2011 Country Coach to Holman after it was struck by lightening - Jim Mills went above and beyond to get things repaired in time for us to live in it at Citirama -

Ryan was most professional and showed us more units than we either requested or expected until we found the one that made momma happy. When momma was happy, so was I. Our new Winnebago Minnie is so enjoyable. This is the 5th unit we've bought through Holman. Each one was an upgrade until this is now our retirement unit.

First reason for the 5 star rating is Lauren. She was awesome! If you need a camper, go straight to the sales office and request her. She made a big purchase that could have been very stressful fun and exciting. She was very personal. My entire family loved her. She even provided her cell phone number to allow me to stay in touch with questions about the camper after the purchase. She followed up the day after the purchase with a thank you text. That was huge for me! She is very knowledgeable and not the typical pushy sales person. Second thing we loved was the gentleman Mel which completed our final walk thru of the camper. Again very knowledgeable and friendly. Third is the huge selection of great campers at the best price!

I had been looking for a newer camper for over a year. Too expensive down here. I found Lauren on the internet at Holmans website and she performed a miracle!! You don't know how much my family has been through the last 2 yrs. So to say Lauren was the the most awesomest person I have ever met met is an understatement!!. I loved my whole experience with Holmans. From beginning to end. You will come highly recommended!!

I will start off, I can be crude and demanding when I make a major purchase. I dealt mainly with Pete and he was an ok salesperson. He answered my questions and relayed a lot of my demands to the Upper management and relayed back to me. Pete did his job. I didn't care for a manager named Ron, but that's neither here nor there. Once we reached a deal, I was informed if we wanted the Trailer the next day I would not receive a walk thru from Service due to them being too busy on that Saturday. I was instructed I had to wait a week. I wasn't going to own a vehicle for a week and it not be in my possession so I decided we would take without the walk-thru and if we had questions we would You Tube it. Upon completing our end of paperwork at our credit union, we showed up at Holman and met with Camper Jim. Camper Jim is very knowledgeable and didn't mess around. We was in and out of his office in a matter of minutes. He did give us some pointers on roof maintenance and other small pointers. Upon going to get our Weight distribution unit installed a Gentleman named TOM from service advised he would do the walk thru even though he was already off from work. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. Because of Toms dedication and attention to our questions, we will definitely be back. Tom answered every question we could think of and pointed out so much that we had no clue of. He was just happy that another family was getting into camping like he and his family does. Kudos to Tom. Overall we had a B Experience, and would more than likely recommend this dealership to others in search of a RV.

In a pinch I had an employee in desperate need for a car but had some difficulties to overcome. Through no fault of her own, she was hit by an uninsured driver and wound up having her car totaled and left with nothing but had to get around quick. We researched a few dealers and made phone calls and a dealer visit on Sunday before the Monday evening deadline. Instead of listening to our situation and taking care of our problem, it was always upsell, upsell, upsell.... We found a car that looked to be a fantastic value through Cars.com so first thing Monday morning I talk to sales rep Ed S. I told him our situation what we were looking for and on the very tight time schedule we had to keep. It was literally we shopped on the internet and found a great deal, reserved the car over the phone in the morning and said be there at 5pm then arrived and took a quick test drive, signed the papers and drove off. Ed had everything prepared, the car was sitting right where he said I would find it, it was washed up and looking good, I noticed a new battery in it while the listing mad no mention. He said when the car was being prepared they saw that the car would start and run much better with a new battery so there was a brand new, quality battery in the car. It was a very easy process to have a problem, get a solution and have a dealership and sales rep who listens to their clients instead of trying to sell them more than what the client needs. The professionalism of Ed S. and Jon in the closing office as well as the pleasant and comfortable facility made this a very satisfying car sale. We drove clear across town from Green Township all the way to Batavia to shake Ed's hand and make a deal. I would certainly do it again and when it is time for me to replace my own vehicle, I think I will just give Holman a call and let them do their work.

I worked with Zack K. during my buying process. He was courteous and professional throughout. I appreciated his candor and honesty about the vehicle at which I was looking. The financing process was also handled well and efficiently. The only "negative" to my experience was that when I got to the dealership and needed to find Zack, I stood there for quite awhile before someone offered to assist me. Other that my experience was good.

This was our first time buying a car at Holman and our experience was great! TJ Hudak was very friendly and professional. He and Jimmy worked hard to get us the car we wanted. We will definitely recommend Holman to friends and family! We are very happy with our purchase!

We had a size restriction on what size camper our camp site allows. We also had a price we wanted to stay within. Jim took us directly to the campers that were our size and price range. We had such a great experience buying a camper in spring 2014 that we went back in the fall to buy a truck from Jim. He knows his stuff for campers and vehicles. Could not if asked for easier time buying our camper and truck. Highly recommend Jim and Holman
