What is important to me is a dealerships service Dept...cuz you buy a vehicle from them once but need to deal with the service dept over and over again.... Doug Henry has an excellent Dept!!!

I’m just responding to the dealers feedback in regards to third party/fuel levels/honesty/integrity/professionalism. First off it is not my fault or... any other customers fault that you guys have a faulty system on how you market and sell YOUR vehicles. When we called we were approved for the advertised price of $15,999 and not the raised price that was 3k over fair market value. Playing mommy daddy games by placing blame on third parties is just nonsense and Unprofessional. Secondly you have customers all over Nc buying vehicles and you want to be cheap and only put $10 of gas in a vehicle when a customer drove two hours to get there. The customer (myself) should not have to beg the manager for more gas after already getting worked over on the price of the vehicle. This dealership was extremely deceptive, not only in their add but also in person. The photos of the vehicle did not show the big dent on the passenger rear under the fuel door and was not disclosed during the purchase . The photos also did not show the stains on the seat due to the angle of the camera. I’m not a fan of being lied to/deceived. If I could post pictures of the dent and seat I would! I’m a 15 year active duty service member and would never recommend this dealership to any service member that I work with and for. If you guys want to make things right pay to have that dent fixed on the car I paid 18k for then I’ll write a fair review.

We do put in every effort to ensure that all of the info...rmation we display on our site, as well as our third party affiliates is accurate but again absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Upon looking up your deal and information submitted to lenders when you spoke with our finance manager you were submitted to lenders and approved on an amount of 19K and not 16K any and all payments quoted were based off of the selling price of 19K and the approved structure of the lender including any cash down and or trade (if applicable). Fuel for pre-owned vehicles again is an amount of $10 regardless of current fuel level. Any amount above this does require approval of management as policy is $10. Your sales rep is responsible for notifying management about a request for additional fuel. You, the customer, should never have to speak management in this situation, it should be handled by your sales rep. The dent and stain in the seat are both clearly visible when looking at the vehicle in person prior to and during your test drive offered by your sales rep that afternoon. After our customers test drive a vehicle and are presented with their finance/payment options it is up to the customer whether or not the deal makes sense to them and if they want to finalize the deal and complete the purchase. We never force a customer to buy a vehicle. We simply allow them to drive the vehicle and provide them with the financing/payment options based on the information we receive back from the lenders after submitting. Again, we do greatly appreciate your business and thank you again for allowing us to earn it.

Spoke to Frank, 8/21 about a Chevy Truck . It was agreed I would be there Saturday for the truck and it would be there. Saturday drove over an hour, truck... was SOLD. The GM did NOT CARE for Customer Satisfaction and poor attitude! Buyer BEWARE of your word with Sales at this dealership. Would not recommend or do business with EVER.

Our vehicles are listed on our website and multiple third party sites such as cars.com and are available until they sell. Some vehicles do hold a higher interest than others and may have multiple appointments for the same vehicle for the same day. We do have to treat all vehicle purchases on a first come, first served basis. I was very pleased with the help that I received from sales consultant Brandon Parker in looking at various vehicles. When it came to actually buying ,... Brandon was ignored and ?management? took over in the buying process. There was very little interest in our Lexus that we traded in. We received no encouragement and felt that the dealership really did not care if we bought a car or not. We made calls and were ignored by management. We finally bought a car that Brandon had shown me, and we wondered how other people had been treated in buying Buicks there. We discovered that friends said the buying process was ?rough? but the service is good. I had my first service recently and felt that that went well. Except for Brandon, no one seemed to even recognize that I was there. Perhaps I am spoiled by the treatment I have received for 20 years at Johnson Lexus. I did expect to find my Enclave washed and vacuumed after it spent 3 hours in the Service Department....guess those days are over.
