    We were greeted with kindness followed by professional salesmen throughout the day when we went to look at and bought the car of our choice. The salesmen... from Savannah, Ga. who were working at Doug Henry the day we came in could not have been nicer or more helpful. Steven and the staff we were most helpful and have followed up with us by phone since we made our purchase.     The service was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They kept me informed every step of the way and handled every detail with the insurance... and rental company. When the repair was complete the workmanship was beautiful and my vehicle was spotless, in fact it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I can't express enough how impressed I am both with the care given to my car and to me as a customer. Outstanding!

    Drive quite a ways to this dealership for a particular car. Sales person was clueless...asked about a price of a vehicle his reply was probably the same... as the vehicle parked next to it....had no ideas what my trade in value would be and didn't bother trying to find out....taking.my.business elsewhere...

    Mr. Hearns is a get me done customer. WE worked with him and were able to get an approval on a vehicle, but Mr Hearns wanted a car that was above his ...means. As to the trade in, Mr Hearns was presented a number, was unsatisfied with what was presented to him.
