Not a pleasurable experience with sales manager
Tried to buy a truck from them. Sales person Millie was helpful, but of course couldn't sell me anything without approval of her sales manager, Jeff. Jeff was dismissive of my fair offer. He told me how busy he was, but still found time to poke fun at my name via email Not the sort of place I can recommend for buying a used vehicle....
Service appointment via MyChevrolet
Arrived on time for appointment. Service advisor did not have my appointment. I had made it online and received confirmation. He stated they don’t check for online appointments so it would be an hour before I could obtain service. Therefore, my recommendation is: use another Chevy dealer that resides in the 21st century.

Liked the salesman. Had to leave before deal was done due to prior appt. Had my financing, working on numbers, but when I get in my car I was trading and it now smells like a "BURNT ASH TRAY". Who ever drove it to appraise it smoked in it. I don't smoke. No one in my family does so not my car smell AWEFUL!!!! Called them, of course they denied it, however everyone knows we don't smoke. Now my car STINKS. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful! General Manager Jeff needs to be removed. He does not put customer first. He took it personally because he smokes. He does not get it, my kids are sneezing, I am having headaches, and I can't drive my own car! Don't shop for a car here!!!!!!

Scheduled service online, which is easiest for me, rec'd a confirmation email a few days before appt, arrived and in and out very quickly. Will continue having my car serviced there. Very friendly people.
Poor Customer service
I Called Don Bullock service department and spoke to a representative regarding parts and labor quote to repair my vehicle. The representative wrote down the information and insured me she will call me back shortly with the information. To make a long story short, one day went by and no phone call. I called the next day and went through the same process again. To my dismay, the same thing happened again; no call back. This is definitely not the way to do business. And for that reason, I decided not to do business with Don Bullock.
Bought a 2014 Camaro and I were completely happy with the service. It was the first new car I had ever bought and thought it would be a difficult process. It turn out to be a breeze and I believe these guys are the best in the business! I would recommend them to anyone.

Great dealership, very professional. Forbes and Jim were great. Dealt with Forbes before driving 2 hrs. To pick up car. He made it worth my drive to buy from them. Jim helped us with the paper work and close the deal. Great people to work with. Would refer any of my friends and family. Thanks guys.
