WORST SERVICE DEPT ON EARTH

Bought my car here 3yrs ago. Have always driven an hr for them to service it. The window motor goes up so they order the part. They call me to tell me the parts in to make appt so I did. Go to my appt n its the wrong part. The other window motor goes up like 8 months ago so they ordered the part, ive yet to get a call that its in. My fiance changes the oil in January to find the transmission has been leaking n they didnt tell us. We call to inform them n take my car there to get Them to diagnose the problem n they ordered new lines in January. Never heard from them so we call n they dnt have record of us bein there in January. The service manager apologized n expedited the part only to go there today n they said they have the wrong parts. We had enough at this point n finally took our business elsewhere to HERTRICH which has been great! Stay away from willis chevy service dept. These r jus a few of the many problems I culd go on about with them!

Great Buying Experience!!

I would highly recommend buying your next car from Willis Chevrolet. Our salesman Ed Emrich was so helpful and friendly...he made the whole experience fun and easy. If you could imagine an outstanding buying experience, it would be with Ed at Willis Chevrolet. I couldn't be more happy with our new Equinox. Keep it up, I will be back for my next vehicle

Great Car for Grand Daughter

Our Grand daughter needed a reliable car to drive to work and college. We went to Willis and Glenn Clark took great care of us. He let her drive 3 cars with no pressure. She fell in love with the last one which was a Chevy Cruze. We easily went through the paperwork and she got to drive the car home. Everyone was very accommodating and nice. They were under construction at the time so I am sure it will look even better when completed.

great service and friendly people

I was a first time buyer from Willis. Bought a chevy Sonic and love the car. My Salesperson Ed Emrich was very informative and made the sale go very smooth. No pressure, great person to deal with. I would go back and buy again from him.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP

Horrible dealership, bought a used truck with rusted off tailpipe, AC not working. After the sale they refused to fix anything and said that the "warranty" does not cover the items. After taking to my mechanic I also found out that the UV joint, rear main bearing, rear rotors/pads all needed replaced totaling a little over $1000. They did not inspect this truck out at all. Be careful!!!

Wonderful Experience

This was the first time we felt no pressure to look around at the cars.Glenn Clark let us take two model's for a test drive.He made us feel very comfortable and made it very easy to purchase a new car.Clay Wessel was a huge help in us making this purchase also.Thank You Team Willis!

Very Satisfied!! Definitely Recommend Willis!!!

I am very pleased with the customer service we got today in the purchase of our new vehicle! Dutch, our salesman, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He does not pressure you to buy at all! Clay in the finance department is awesome as well. They both worked well together to get us the best deal possible. Willis Chevrolet truly cares about their customers and listens to their customers!
