I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Hartway

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Hartway Motors. I researched what I was looking for and found it at Hartway Motors, I prefer working with smaller hometown dealerships and worked out what I feel is a fair deal with Derek and purchased the vehicle. My wife never saw the truck untill we picked it up, she has not stopped talking about how much she likes it. I would also like to thank Nicole (finance manager) who helped with the extended warranty and financing that fit into our budget. I highly recomend these individules at this dealership for making our purchase enjoyable and worthwhile.

Very Helpful Sales Team

Great dealer sales experience.

Great dealer sales experience. Dealership was over 2hr drive from home as they were the closest dealer that had the corvette models/colors we were interested in. Was totally worth the drive. Derick the salesman was excellent, very professional, accommodating and always answered his phone. Was not intending to purchase a vehicle "that day" however they were willing to accommodate our requests of a few items we wanted done to the car and their pricing was better than Van Bortel's for similar vehicle. Needless to say we agreed upon a deal that day and returned 3 days later and took delivery. Derick went above and beyond even after the sale. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again !

Strangest experience ever. First they showed me they had...

Strangest experience ever. First they showed me they had no room to negotiate. Showed me a picture of the computer screen that indicated they would only make $175.00 if I paid asking price. The very next day they dropped the price $2,000.00. I then got a call stating I had til 3:00 to put a deposit down or they would send the car to auction. I wasn’t going to be pressured like that so I let the deal go. We WERE getting closer and we could have made a deal. Oddly it’s 3 days later and the vehicle is still being advertised on cars.com.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and have been very happy with it. Charlie was really great helping me out, not pressuring me and going above and beyond to answer any questions I had. I wound up purchasing a ziebart package and after a few days decided to call the finance department and ask if It was possible to cancel it because I decided I really didn’t need it. I was told they would have to look into it and call me back. It’s been a week and I have not heard back at all and I have called back after 2-3 days just to see if there was an update and they were never available to talk. I always had to leave my name and number and they would have her call me back which she never did. It’s sad that 1 person can ruin this experience and can’t even pick up the phone and at least call a customer back. Like I said the sales team and everyone else was great. If this is how they treat customers that just purchased a vehicle or brought them some kind of business it is very disrespectful! I wish the finance department would treat there customers as good as the rest of the dealership does

Don’t follow through

Bought 2 used vehicles from Lionel in August. The buying process was good. But the truck I bought only had 1 key and they assured me they would send me one seeing I lived about 2 hours away. It is now December and no key. I have contacted them now 4 times and all I get is I will look into it and get back to you. I never hear back. I am not happy with the promises and no follow through. Very unprofessional.
