Took truck in for a short in wiring.
Took truck in for a short in wiring. Had truck 5 days. Jiggled the wire enough to eliminate the short, but did not fix the short. Already had the bill over $400 and wanted to remove the dash board (more money). Got truck back, cigarette lighter/phone changing port no longer works. Also charged $36 for "shop supplies." Since they didn't fix anything or use any actual supplies, they have agreed to refund that portion of the bill. Said "shop supplies" are automatically added to a bill and should have been removed if no supplies were used. How about only adding the supplies when they are used? No itemization because there are no actual supplies being used. Every vehicle coming into their service center will be charged this fee unless you question it. Then was offered only $3,000 as a trade-in, which is less than 50% of the value of the truck. Con-artists and criminals.

The Best of the Best!
My review is entirely based on my experience with their service department. Since moving here from Florida I've been having my work done here. What a great group the service department is! They've never tried to sell me "up" on some service and have been the most courteous I've ever come across. Thanks to Charles & Torrey! Yes it costs more than an independent shop but my peace of mind in coming here was well worth it. Moving again I'm afraid. I hope the Nissan Service Dept. in Winston-Salem meets the high bar set by Benson's service group. Thank you all!

Definitely NO.
Went in looking for a 4Runner which they had.. Car was 4 years old and they wanted $884 as the payment. Definitely was a no go for me. Felt like I was slick being taken advantage of and I thank God my dad was there with me. I do no recommend this place to anyone! Quite janky if you ask me and they definitely didn’t seem interested on rather I was getting the car for real or not. They saw where I worked at and saw dollar signs felt like. I most definitely won’t be returning . Worst car experience I’ve had thus far.

Scammed
I agreed to buy a Frontier truck from them . They took all my information and was wto call me back with the payment and interest rate . Never heard from them until the next morning and salesman said that the finance guy would be calling me any minute with the final amounts . He called about 2 hours later and told me the truck had been sold out from under me that morning. Never deal with them . They are crooks s and scam artists.

Do not shop here, the manager will belittle you
My mom recently went to this dealership and was surprised when they were able to get her approved, even with her credit. But then they started discussing the payments and it was around $700 a month. She told them that she could only do $500 a month. The salesperson who she had been working with, Ben, was nice and understanding. Apparently, while I was out of the room, the manager, Alex, came in and basically said that he did her a favor by getting her approved and suggested that she "pick up some extra hours"; my Mom works 2 (TWO) full time jobs!!! She physically can't work more unless she gives up things like sleep. He made her feel bad about having bills other than a car payment! She was treated poorly and belittled by the manager, Alex. She had told them that she could only do a certain amount and, instead of saying that they would try to find something or that they couldn't, they made her doubt herself and they were making her think that she would be screwed if she didn't do it. When the truth of the matter is that she would be screwed if she did do it. I understand that they get paid based on the sale but they had no right to make my Mom feel less than for having the good mind to not get in over her head. I will not ever shop with them, regardless of the deal they could come up with.

Wonderful to work with
Great sales department. Just purchased new Rogue. Brandon was very knowledgeable and personable. This dealership has more of a hometown, family atmosphere than the typical hardcore sales departments that are common with others. Highly recommend.
