SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed

SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed calls with other dealerships in the area to find what we were looking for; we landed at GMC of Attleboro with Danny Jamgochian taking our call and answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Danny was beyond helpful as we were purchasing two company vehicles that needed to be delivered to Nantucket. He always followed up with pertinent information [often on his 'day off'] with a zero-pressure attitude. Almost the entire transaction was handled over the phone which made our experience seamless being we were traveling over 2hrs away. Once we arrived at the dealership, Danny was focused on our needs and considerate of our time constraints. He also introduced us to General Manager, Gil Silva who helped facilitate us getting exactly what we needed/wanted with ease and with a family-oriented feel for our sales transaction. While we waited for the Business Manager, Dennis Yu to prepare all the financial paperwork - we were offered lunch which was a lovely touch. Before we knew it, our paperwork was ready to sign with the financing secured at the rate promised. While most clients dread going into the Finance office; Dennis was prepared and offered us the coverages that we needed without any pressure of selecting anything. We would highly recommend GMC of Attleboro to friends/family or anyone else reading this review! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and made us feel like we were the only customers in the dealership. The facility was also very impressive, modern, clean/organized and offered many amenities throughout the Service Dept. [customer waiting lounge, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi] *Note: The second vehicle we were purchasing had not arrived at the dealership on the day we visited but that didn't stop Danny & the rest of the team at GMC of Attleboro from making the process of delivering it to us easy! The paperwork was sent ahead of time, the drivers delivered the vehicle in pristine condition, and they were both very polite and excited for us. Thank you to Danny, Gil and the entire team at GMC of Attleboro for making our dual vehicle purchase one we will never forget! It was truly a pleasure to do business with this group of talented individuals and we will certainly be loyal clients after our experience. Keep up the good work!

Service was so bad, 3 tries to repair a radio forces me

Service was so bad, 3 tries to repair a radio forces me to purchases Dodge PU going forward. This is the closest chevy dealer to our company. Cost money to have employees bring a vehicle in for service only to have an excuse it did not get fixed. Took 3 tries to repair the radio. No excuse for it.

New car.

Was very unhappy to see a dealer we have dealt with many times underprice us on our trade-in and refuse to submit our offer on a new car. We took our business elsewhere! Problem solved.

Great Service and Care

I had a problem with the radio settings (would not stay at my settings) and groaning rear brake noise on my new 2021 GMC Sierra. I took it back to the dealer where I bought the truck and they did nothing and basically told me to "live with it". Wendell Jordan (service advisor ) for this dealership solved the problem with the rear brakes (had rust in them) and replaced the radio module which so far has kept the volume and sound settings. I would highly recommend Chevrolet Buick GMC of Attleboro for their service because they care, especially Wendell Jordan!

STAY AWAY

Brought my leased 2018 Colorado in for service. It needed a new fuel pump. After three days (they had to order the fuel pump)I took it home and the next morning noticed some fairly significant damage on the passenger side window post. This is exactly where they were working to replace the fuel pump. I took it back immediately and wouldn’t you guess they denied everything. One guy even said he saw the damage when I came in which is an outright lie. I know I really have no recourse except to warn everyone to stay away from these xxxxxxxx.

The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic...

The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic fee on my 2007 Isuzu pickup with 49000 miles which is the same as a Colorado with a original complaint on a engine warning light. After about a half hour they told me that I needed a timing chain job with a estimate of $2900 plus tax. It didn’t have the symptoms of a timing chain and told them that but said it needed it anyway. After leaving the dealership and disappointed with their service not thinking it was the timing chain I took the truck to Vendetti Motors and talked with one of their mechanics and found it needed the GM synthetic mixture from the factory instead of the Mobil One I put in. The light has been out for almost two week! It wasn’t the timing chain after all! They won’t return my diagnosis fee either the service adviser or the general manager. They said they have to pay their mechanics right or wrong. He said someday it will need one ! I paid $59 for a tire rotation and oil change! Big Difference! I will never go back for service or sales! They used to be good when it was Cerrones before the buyout but not now! I will never go back! They were wrong to keep the diagnostic fee! They won’t return my money and was rude and didn’t care if they were wrong. They tried to scam me on a timing chain instead of telling me it was a possibility of just a oil change. Never go there!
