    Jesse was a great guy to work with!! I would highly recommend him to anyone and I give him a 5 star rating. We just were not able to come to an agreement... on price of a pickup that needed a bunch work done to it right away to make it a safe vehicle. Between the backup camera not working, rear main seal leaking and weather cracked tires, they weren't willing to budge on price or offer to fix the vehicle to make sure the customer would be safe as soon as the pickup left the lot. Jesse provided an amazing experience and did all he could do for me. I wanted to drive away happy knowing I just purchased a safe and reliable vehicle for my family, but I wasn't going to able to do that as they were not willing to do the work to the pickup to make it safe and reliable. I wish the people above him were more willing to work with a customer and cared more about the customer's safety than the money in their pocket.

    I was pleased with the salesman but once the sale was made your people showed a total inability to communicate. The title was slow in the transfer process... which would be fine if your people would see fit to inform the customer of the status of the work. Then I scheduled my free oil change which was scheduled as an oil change and tire rotation. There would have been a charge for the tire rotation again poor communication. Then the oil change which was scheduled took an hour and half. I believe it was so slow because they gave me a free wash which normally would of been a great perk. It would have been better if they had communicated this to me. I was on a tight schedule that day and would of passed on that wash.
