POOR SERVICE - TECH CRACKED DASH-WILL NOT FIX IT!!
Have a 2013 Silverado that had a safety recall for the passenger air bag to be replaced - They cracked the dash when doing the recall work and WILL NOT replace it!!!!! Said GM would not cover it - the dash was not cracked until they replaced the air bag --Very disappointed with the service!!!!!
Run a CarFax
We had found the perfect truck for us at Enterprise Chevrolet in Enterprise, Alabama. It had everything on it that you could imagine. We contacted the dealership and came to an agreement on price. The sales representative provided us with the Auto Check. It was clean. No accidents. No damage. Serviced regularly. We decided to purchase the truck, had the agent run our credit, we were approved. We set up the next day for delivery of the truck to our home. We decided to run a Carfax report. Come to find out, the truck HAD been wrecked and over $20K’s worth of damage was done. The one owner then sold the truck and Enterprise Chevrolet purchased it and attempted to and are still attempting to sell the truck WITHOUT any damage reported. When we contacted the dealership, the sales rep told us that the Carfax was WRONG, that their report was right. They KNEW they were WRONG! In addition, we were NEVER told that our credit would be ran through more than 5 different banks. As you are probably aware that every time your credit is ran it brings down your credit score. Ours is in the upper 850’s and we were denied by PNC Bank due to fact that we pay off our loans too quickly if you can believe that! Do yourself a HUGH favor and run a Carfax, do your HOMEWORK on vehicle and MAKE SURE you ask how many banks your credit will be ran through.
I liked it was very nice to see all of them cars and the clean car station
