    Went in for a $9.99 oil change asked to change filter than wanted to charge $30 labor just for that. They did take that charge off, but guess they are... just baiting you with the coupon to run up the charges. The girl at the cashier desk was very nice and called the manager because she didn't think the charges were right either!

    We purchased our car here and also purchased the extra warranty took my car in for repairs in late August for the transmission was told they ran a test... on it and nothing was wrong I had 1700 miles left on my warranty I also know that there was something wrong with the transmission they told me to come get my car and now it’s sitting with no warranty and also no transmission the service manager said oh we don’t have any records of that very sad that we buy something that is worth nothing called a warranty we were treated badly and told they are not responsible for this and I say yes they are because I took the car when it still had warranty and they turned me away. And then later find out from the service manager that they never even checked the transmission or I would have been charged for it.

Didn’t see Tucker either! David, Larry and Tucker always bring upbeat atmosphere to Service Department but Overall good experience
