I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Robert Green Chevrolet. On May 7th, I picked up my new 2025 Chevy Equinox from your dealership. I was thrilled to take delivery of the beautifully redesigned vehicle and could not be more pleased with it. I picked it up late in the day, around 5:30–5:45 PM, and shortly after leaving, I stopped at Stewart’s in Wurtsboro to fill the gas tank. While parked, a screen prompt appeared offering a system update. Without thinking it through, I clicked "yes" and allowed the update to proceed, which took about ten minutes. Unfortunately, after the update completed, an error message appeared—“Transmission Error”—and the vehicle would not move. I immediately contacted Brandon Schanil in the service department. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. Brandon suggested the issue might resolve with a reset and even explored having the vehicle towed back to the dealership. When I told him I’d try disconnecting the battery first, he reached out to one of your employees, Scott Morizzo, who lives near Wurtsboro. To my surprise and relief, Scott arrived shortly thereafter with diagnostic equipment, called me directly, and worked on-site to reset the system. Thanks to Scott’s expertise and willingness to go out of his way, the vehicle was back up and running in no time. I was absolutely blown away by this level of support, professionalism, and genuine care. In all my years as a customer, I can confidently say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Brandon and Scott turned what could have been a frustrating and stressful situation into a powerful example of how much your team values its customers. Because of this, I will continue to purchase and service our vehicles exclusively with Robert Green Chevrolet. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Brandon and Scott. Great people, not the best performance

I was quite disappointed in the lack of communication within the team. My car was not ready to be picked up when specifically told when to be there. I had to bring it back. They scratched my car attempting to remove glue, in which I have to bring it back again.
