I first came in to test drive a Volkswagen ID 4 and James

I first came in to test drive a Volkswagen ID 4 and James took me out for a test drive. I told him that my husband would be coming on Saturday to test drive. When we arrived, the car was ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at your dealership were kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor. I have never had this experience at any other dealership. Keep up the great work!

Everything was outstanding!

Everything was outstanding! I was able to trade in my current vehicle and purchase a brand new Subaru outback with the help of my sales person Colin, and Jeremy also assisted with all the documentation. Both were so outstanding, and made the experience so easy and pleasant. I so enjoy my new Subaru. Thank you.

Temp tags expired March 1….

Temp tags expired March 1…..Have been calling and leaving messages with both the salesman and the person who is in charge of such things since the first week of March….today I called AGAIN…. And I was told that she gets in at 9am … I left a message. On my third phone call….same day… I was told she was no longer an employee….. then why did they even tell me her name and transfer me to “her” voicemail?? They then transferred me to the manager of the person I bought the car from. NO calls back or a person to talk to except the receptionist… if I get pulled over, they will be paying the ticket. If I get pulled over and my car gets towed, they will be paying for that too along with the ticket
