Being recommended by a friend I took my truck to get an alignment and inspection. Seeing how they are a busy business I didn't expect to get in very quickly. I was able to schedule an appointment and get in right away. The people where great and service was even better. Got everything I needed done quickly and the right way. Definitely would continue dealings with them and recommend to anyone

They seemed like nice people. offered shuttle service for long repairs. i guess they will be long when they keep finding small things wrong with it and instead of easy fix they recommend full replacement. and 85-90/ an hour for labor? My Michigan mechanic was 75 at a dealer and that was in Brighton... much bigger city than Norwich. But i guess competition helped lower labor price maybe? The facilities were clean and organized. It seemed like a lot of the extra repairs were caused by faulty handling or rushing. Overall not a bad place.. if you have the money..
