I would like to thank Kathy and her team at Circle Buick GMC for making my vehicle purchase a great experience. At first, the process was becoming a little discouraging, but Kathy remained patient, positive, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Thanks to Kathy and James dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to drive away in the vehicle I wanted, a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain! Her knowledge, honesty, and positive energy truly made a difference. If you wanna great deal and a friendly sales staff Circle Buick GMC is your dealership!!! I spoke with a lady on the phone who answered all my questions before I came into the store. Once I arrived the vehicle was already parked outside the showroom all cleaned up and ready for me to test drive. After the test drive we went over numbers, which were the same numbers that we discussed over the phone, couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Circle Buick GMC for my new car!!!

I would recommend client manager/sales person Bryan Druktenis. He is very professional and friendly. He did not pressure me. Lol. Once l purchased my vehicle(s) he was very helpful in showing me how to set up my features and answered any questions l had when l called. Bryan was my sales person for my Acadia that l traded in for the Yukon.

Highland circle gmc needs to go out of business. I have been a patron since 2015. No issues until the last few years. There service has declines significantly. They are just another money grab. If you value your money and your vehicle STAY AWAY. They wait until the last minute to tell you your brakes need to be repaired. That 4 point inspection is a JOKE. So then you also need rotors. I’ve got this done multiples times. The last time I noticed a burning smell and a scrubbing and whistling noise obviously not safe to drive my family around in. I take it there they do a “test drive” and tell me nothing is wrong. After I paid over 400$ for brake and rotor repair on just the back brakes. Please save your money and stay away from them. I am a hard working woman that has been scammed by this business. Ps I bought my car from here twice and never go anywhere else for repairs until now. I’m done. Heres your warning folks.
