There were many problems which could not be fixed at other dealerships which were fixed at Barberino Nissan. Don't fall for it.
Don't fall for it. Went there almost three weeks ago. They ran my credit 13 times and told my down payment, but also said he would find the same vehicle class but a cheaper model for me so I could decrease my down payment. I haven't heard anything from them. I was from Out of state and waited an extra two days in town for someone to get back to me. I called and spoke with a different associate only for them to tell me something different. Now I have 13 inquiries on my credit report for no reason. Worst experience I ever had!

My wife bought a new truck here and years later when the truck had a certain sensor that kept going bad I went back and asked what was the problem and how could we rectify it(the sensor kept going bad and had to be replaced every 6 mos)They told me they couldn't do anything unless they worked on the vehicle.I asked them if they would ask a mechanics opinion and they refused.We spent a lot of money here over the years and instead of having common courtesy they told us to get lost.Dont buy a vehicle at Barberino Nissan.Eric A

My car would not start as I was getting ready to travel
My car would not start as I was getting ready to travel from CT to Maryland. After AAA jump started my car they said they did not have a battery to replace it with, so I called Barberino Nissan who confirmed that they had the battery but also said they would squeeze me in so I could head home that day. When I arrived they took care of the problem, plus changed the wiring and replaced the batteries in my fobs as well.

great customer service. went for our regular oil change and it was quick service, and the young lady came and explained everything that was done. very pleasant. i love the fact that you can call and set your appointment so easy..
