The dealership called us after having our car serviced

The dealership called us after having our car serviced there and we expressed some areas of concern and disappointment and we were told they would have someone follow up with us on those issues. No one has called and it was one week ago today. That is not my idea of good customer support.

My service advisor Nick and mechanic Robert are always

My service advisor Nick and mechanic Robert are always courteous and knowledgeable. All of my issues are resolved quickly. Matters are explained in plain English. I am always offered a ride instead of waiting. I don't not have repeat visits for the same issues. I am always satisfied when I drive away.
