Be Careful

Extremely deceptive advertising! Dealer had vehicle advertised for a stated price but in the end they were asking more than sticker because of market….way to keep loyal customers.

Bait advertising

I would not waste your time. I reached out about a truck they are selling and they want $5k over MSRP for it. The truck online shows $57,000 but they want $64,750 with their $5k chip shortage charge. Just seems like bait advertising to me. I would never pay over MSRP for a vehicle. The price is on Cars.com and on their own website.

Buyer beware

We got the run around from this place was told to get a whole bunch of paperwork and copies before we could even sign papers for the vehicle and then was told thank goodness you didnt register it cause the paper work was wrong had the wrong year and vin numbers on registered papers.

Great honest experience!!!! Do it again!!!

I have bought two new vehicles from them in three months. I left both times feeling very good. I was treated fairly and very honestly. I would recommend this dealership very highly, I am 68 years old and have dealt with many dealerships. Go buy a vehicle from them!!!!!

The lied about my CPO CAR

My first request was where the car originally came from. I specifically said nothing from Florida. When I was given the title it was from Florida. The didn't give the odometer certificate so I went to a store in Springfield to get it. They showed me the back tires needed replaced 3/32 and 4/32. I called asking for replacement tires. The sales manager Frank would only replace the 3/32, he claimed the other was 5/32 so ok. They gave me a broken key that they said I could replace after 30 days with the service contract I was sold. They claim it was CPO. I asked the service department to check the tires nitrogen levels and refill since the tire shop I had to purchase the tire from doesn't do nitrogen. I can't find anyone around that has nitrogen other than them. Service manager said they did check and refill. After leaving I checked the tires and all were different levels. They flat out lie. Never again would I use them for anything.

Scammers!!

Cars.com price is a scam!! They will give you the run around! Will give you a run around on how the “software” will search 300 mile radius and come up with the price which they don’t honor!

This place will try and scam you!!!

Their internet price and the price they given you in person are not the same. I found a vehicle they have listed online for $5999 but when I got to their dealership they printed off a quoted price of almost $10000. When they were told they had it listed online for $5999 they blamed me for not telling them then said the price was wrong, but yet almost a month later they still have it listed for the $5999. avoid this place. They are a scam.

They advertise the price of the car with a big disclaimer; they will add $1695 plus $199 to the price, plus if you pay cash they will add another $899 to the price. These "add on's" make the car $2,793 more than their advertised price. Buyer beware!

I walked in, thinking here I go, regretfully wanting to look for a truck, then I was greeted by a salesman named Jeff, what a pleasant and comforting welcoming to the dealership, well everything went great! Thanks Jeff, for making my buying experience a great one, I'll be back for sure.
