Excellent. Matt the salesman was patient and very knowledgeable. We had a list of wants, which he found and more. All the Billions employees were friendly, even if just a smile and nod. We love our 2024 GMC with lots of cameras. I have bought at Billion several times. I have always recommended Billion to Friends and they purchased cars from Matt.

Great experience and will definitely consider Billion first on the next purchase. Experience from driving onto the lot to leaving was painless and quick. Matt was attentive and made sure I was getting all the details. Entire team was over the top friendly and all around great experience.

Brought SUV for repair of air conditioner.
Brought SUV for repair of air conditioner. Apparently an another garage was used to fix. Stopped cooling before 200 miles home. No warranty or agreement to correctly repair. Spent large amount of money and still doesn’t cool. I am very dissatisfied with the cooperation of service department. Very disappointing and upset with them not standing behind their work. I feel I was taken advantage of

The transaction was fine. I ended up getting a little less for my trade in but was offered some extra coverage in the end. It seemed fair. I will tell you to check over everything. Cars sold as is.

BUYER BEWARE, We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 from
BUYER BEWARE, We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 from dealership with an extended warranty. Per GM, dealerships offer the extended warranty through a third party and send the information to GM. We were given (2) different 3rd party names from GM. Neither has anything on our VIN. Per GM they have never received an extended warranty on our VIN. We have contacted the dealership 10+ times and they are either unresponsive or antagonistic. In our opinion they swindled us out of over $1400 .

We do shop around for the best extended warranty companies, because we work with these 3rd party companies, we want someone that is prompt and pays claims the right way. Your extended warranty purchase was not made through GM, therefore they are not the warranty company that would pay a claim and have information regarding this. Daytime Running Lights replaced.
I brought my car in because one of the daytime running lights was burned out. The service department replaced both DRLs in about 30 minutes and I was one my way.

Lacking
I always get my truck serviced at dealerships. This time was for an oil change and fuel filter. I asked the tech how many greese zerks there were, as I like to add greese from time to time between oil changes. He didnt know the answer, so he went into the greese pit to ask the another guy. Looked down there and they were on there phones looking for the answer. So I did the same. They were wrong. When I got back to my place I looked under my truck and not one zerk was touched. Also when my tires were rotated I had to ask to get the tire pressures corrected as they take different pressures front to back. I would not recommend getting an oil change there!
