Belittling and disrespectful

Do not waste your time. Both dealerships in Rapid city and Sioux Falls SD will belittle and disrespect your and any knowledge you have on a vehicle your interested in. If your making a cash offer they won’t even deal with you and give you a brush off as if your money is not good enough at Bullion Auto group. Their vehicles are over priced and seem to be hiding issues. Run fast and skip Billion dealerhips.

No attention to detail

I brought my truck in for warranty repairs, an exhaust rattle and leaky rear window. The service tech could not find the rattle and it was not fixed. The leaky rear window was replaced with a new window. When I picked my truck up and looked over the repair I immediately noticed that all the b and c pillar panels and dome light were not installed properly, and some interior panels were scratched with a screwdriver. Also all the panels were dirty. Once I had the truck home I found the exhaust right away and was able to fix myself along with the panels that were not installed correctly.

Well done

The truck I purchased was the first time buying a vehicle out of state and the first time buying before I went on a test drive. They were very professional, worked with me on the price, and very accommodating to my out of state situation.

Review

Everything was decent besides got over charged for a car that has alot of issues. And 3,000 over bluebook value. I would go back to them but I will make sure I will research alot harder now
