I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Friendly, hard working staff.

Friendly, hard working staff. Kline was professional and personable. Kline is the MAN! John was also very friendly and flexed with his ability to get me financing. Niko was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a seamless and painless deal. We never felt pressured but we did feel welcomed. Everyone was very friendly. We would gladly make the drive up from Brighton, CO again.

The service manager told me what engine he thought was a good one and having my vehicle's serviced at Halladay's for the last 18+ years l purchased the pickup with the 2 7L and really liked it!

Bryan Miller was very Polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Bryan Miller was very Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman finalizing the deal and Neko were also polite and friendly. We will for sure seek Bryan out again in the future for our vehicle needs. We will definitely refer him and the dealership to friends and family.

Contacted Halladay because they had the best price in the

Contacted Halladay because they had the best price in the entire nation for the truck I wanted. Called Bryon up and made the sale in minutes! I was there a few days later to pickup the truck for about 5 minutes and out the door with my new truck. Did not have to endure any upselling or extensive paperwork. Truly a breeze!
