Beware! The sales Mgr who allegedly replaced the Shady staff (he said) is a bold, blatent lieing thief! Unscrupulous, lacks morals and ethics, the shadiest I have ever seen! I am repeat customer who has learned from them what I can expect. Dealership staff needs to become educated regarding FTC Trade Regulation Rules along with The Consumer Protection Act and laws. Appreciation of local consumer is non-existant and a deceiving lie.

I tried recently to purchase a used vehicle online with Gator Chevrolet. The internet people did nothing whatsoever to help me nor did they return my phone calls. Thanks alot Evie....

This is the best dealership I've been to in a long time. They make you feel comfortable with no pressure. Best of all no xx scheme's they are straight forward and do everything they can to help you. Unfortunately I didn't make a deal , but it wasn't from them not trying . Levi was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely return in the future.

Purchased a used vehicle. Have had nothing but issues with since it left Gator Chevrolet. Was told by a mechanic it is not safe to be driven. I am out 20k and have nothing to drive. Called dealership and they have been no help rectifying the issues.

I bought my 2020 Chevy Trail Boss from Gator chevy on 6/1/2020. It started running bad so I took it to them. The truck came with a lifetime power train warranty. They had the truck for 12 weeks the first time. They told me it was ready except that it now needs a torque converter because it has the chevy shake according to Geoff. When I picked it up the check engine light was on and it ran worse than when I took it to them the 1st time. Now they have had it 1 week and they haven't looked at it yet. The life time warranty sounds good but, you have to take it to them and you need to be ready for them to have it a long time.

Horrible customer service and they don't take care of their customers or do what they said they will.... I wouldn't buy a lawn mower from this dealership. Look at all the bad reviews on Google. Not sure how they get any business.

I’d first like to start off the sell’s process was super quick and easy. Tim was very nice and so was Mr. Paul. I was told when I purchased my Ford F-150 that the sunroof and sunshade didn’t work. Tim reassured me that it didn’t leak an that they’d put in the papers to fix it. I was ok with that knowing it’d be in paperwork to be fixed. Well got home with the truck sunroof turns out leaks. Mr.Paul stated they wasn’t staffed to fix it at the time. So I decided to take a warranty claim to fix it an of coarse was denied by warranty. So after taken it to be looked at another dealership was told it was a $4,000 repair. Told Mr. Paul Hayes that and now states Gator Chevrolet will not pay to fix. Also the shop I took the truck to spoke with Jeff in servicing about covering the diagnosing fees and he stated he’d cover the cost. Well no surprise Jeff won’t return calls or pay the shop which was $400 and I got stuck with the bill. Needless to say I regret buying from Gator Chevrolet. It has been nothing but a headache. Two months later since my purchase still leaky sunroof and no one will return my calls or emails.

Amazing buying experience here. Love my new truck! Paul and Brady went over and beyond and made this very easy and quick. I can only recommend Gator Chevrolet!
