This is the second car I purchased from this dealership.

This is the second car I purchased from this dealership. All of the people I have worked with - Robert Reck, Kathy, Carla Lewis were professional and knowledgeable. I live several hours from the dealership and have worked with them entirely through the phone and messages! They knew what I was looking for and were able to deliver! I will be back the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. And - if I am in Hearne, I will stop by to meet them in person! Thank you, Robert, Kathy & Carla for your professionalism and hard work!

Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. My salesman left a few days after I bought my truck and it has been xxxx since that time. The girls answering calls are extremely unprofessional and not at all knowledgeable about ANYTHING and also act as gatekeepers so that you can never reach the department you need. Even now the only thing i need from the dealership is contract information for my gap insurance and again this has been days of phone calls trying to get past the front desk to speak with someone who actually knows what gap insurance is. For example I called in to ask for the number for the company handling the gap insurance. The girl put me on hold, I’m assuming she googled The Gap and proceeded to give me the number to “The Gap” store…. I can’t make this stuff up it’s too ridiculous. Never do business here.

They listen!

The people at this dealership are awesome! They listened and they HEARD what I was saying. I got what I wanted and more. We bought 2-2024 Chevy Trax and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Here's a shoutout to Carla, Mike and Ron, thank you for listening.

Allen Samuels Cheverolet Buick GMC

Robert and everyone at the dealership were great from the ordering process to the delivery. The only gripe we have is that we asked for the dealer name and logo to be left off of the vehicle and is was still put on.
