Thanks to Daniel Mendoza for letting me know I had one available free oil change. The service was great and everyone we encountered was professional and friendly.

I was lied to, told the 2013 sequoia was in immaculate condition with zero mechanical problems, asked if I could get a second opinion and was told that the people who did that paperwork weren't in but I had 3 days after purchase to have it inspected and the problems taken care of. That was a lie, they avoided me until after the 3 day mark because the next day after purchase I took my vehicle in and I found out it needed 17k worth of work and at least 10k of that was serious work. I traded in a 2019 4runner in immaculate condition while they screwed us over on a sequoia. Do not trust place, I tried giving an option to help us both be happy and instead I was bribed with 1k to not leave a review basically. However that is illegal. Do not do business with this dealer and if you do make sure you take your vehicles in to a trusted mechanic shop before purchase!

Service Department misdiagnosed my vehicle. First estimate was for $3,500 and the next day came up with another estimate for over $16,000. Big Red Flag! I called a couple of facilities and ended up having my vehicle towed to another facility to have the repairs completed. The repairs I received were successful and at a fraction of the price and with Honesty and Integrity. I was stranded and out of state at the time when this happen. Totally feel as though they were out to take advantage of me. Disappointing to get this type of treatment from a Chevy Dealer.

I really enjoyed working with Kyle and Maroone Chevrolet North. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything and they genuinely cared I to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Communication was great. Even the financial closing part with extended warranty options went so smooth with no high pressure to buy into anything. These guys don't do crazy markups over MSRP due to supply and demand either, like I've seen with so many other dealerships. I highly recommend these guys. Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with!
