Easiest experience in the history of buying a vehicle. The Sales Department was pretty easy but the Finance Department was the best ever!! Mike B. (Finance)... made the whole experience. On a Monday evening my wife told me she needs a new car. (Recently her car was totaled by the hail storm and she was driving a very old cash car) I called... a friend of mine who just bought a car and asked him where he bought and what was his experience. I’m like every other person, hate to do car shopping because I’m afraid of being tricked into a bad deal. He told me to look no further go to Mike Maroone Chevy North (apparently they have multiple locations in the Springs) so the next morning I stopped by and I was greeted with Matthew Friend. He was listening and was not trying to sell me some junk right away. I also told him that we are no different from most of the people, and have a place to be at work during the day. After this short meeting he had all the information he needed to find the right car at the right price over the phone. My wife got off at 6pm that day, she drove the cars, she wanted to drive, but she was not sure and we asked for a some time. By next morning we had a decision. Just like before short meeting with Matt and after 6pm my wife had a short meeting with Mando Garcia the finance guy and gave her some opinions to make sure owning the car is going to be a great feeling and not a source of worries. I have to say everyone who we met at this dealership was friendly and professional. We’ve got a better deal than I was hoping for and there was absolutely no pressure during the whole time. Now that’s a game changer!!! Thank you guys

We enjoyed the no pressure friendly service we received! Our salesman Dajuan was extremely professional and personable. Dajuan went above and beyond... throughout the entire process. The gentleman we worked with in finance was professional and fun! We were there late in the evening and we were never rushed the staff ensured we received top notch service!
If you want a down to earth sales man that’s not going to hassle you to buy a car you really don’t want I suggest you ask for Jovan. He is very helpful... and will go out of his way to find what you are looking for.

Called the 888-number on website a week before I went to ask the cost of diesel oil change. They quoted be an awesome price. I called again the day of... the appt to confirm the price. The 1st and 2nd receptions I reached said a service person would return my call with prices. Hours go by with no call. I use the online chat option with same results. By afternoon I called the 888-number 3rd time, and the reception quoted the same low price as the guy a week before. After the oil change, the ending price was DOUBLE what was quoted. I highlighted to cashier, Mary. She said the receptions shouldn’t quote me a price, but she could not explain why NOBODY from service return my call. She said the price I was paying was 10% lower than what dealer should charge and I should be happy with that. Happy? For pay twice what was quoted? The dealership system failed on multiple levels, but I’m convinced it designed by leadership to do so. The shady Bait-n-Switch technic.

I purchased this car from the Al Serra dealership which was then purchased by Mike Maroone. In the original purchase I was given a four-year warranty... so naturally when my tire sensor light went out I brought it to the dealership. Come to find out that the warranty does not transfer with the purchase of a dealership. What?? Won't be bringing it back here again after all nothing's covered still have a year-and-a-half left on the original warranty. Not a happy customer. The technician that worked on my car was extremely apologetic and tried to get the service manager honor the warranty which he would not.
I drop my vehicle off for services and a oil change and it took an entire work day for the dealership service department to complete. Time management must... be a big problem because I could have done this by myself in 2 hours.
