I recently purchased a car a little over a month

I recently purchased a car a little over a month ago. It is a 2015 BMW X5. I went at night time to purchase the car. Big mistake. I took the car home and noticed that the car was making noise on the right side underneath the tire. The vehicle's start/stop is also making noise every time it turns on and off like its a Belt or something. It is loud each time the car comes to a stop. I also felt vibration on the brake pads when i stopped. I told the dealer about the problems and they Looked Over the car the week that I bought it. They resurfaced the front brakes. It also turns out that the back brakes only have 25% life left but I had to pay to get them done myself because the dealer would not replace them. The service guy also said "oh the car is not making the noise at this time and what would you expect, the car is old." The check Engine light has also turned on and I've told the sales person about my problems. The lady that sold me the car,  Kiara, had seen me in the waiting room when the service department was looking at the car (a week after I bought it) and she just looked at me and then said oh I'm gonna be over on that side. She didn't say sorry for the problems. I hadn't heard anything from her after they serviced it despite knowing the issues. I had texted her afterwards to let her know there were still problems with the car, even after the service. It's taken her 3 weeks-1month to call and leave me a message. I tried to call back but no answer. Don't buy a car from here!!!!

Terrible shopping experience

I went to This Dealership yesterday with the intent to purchase 2019 Honda CRV. I was very disappointed with both sales persons, I don’t recall their name, except one was a female they both tell me that have LoJack installed by their dealership, I told them both that I wanted that item to be removed, knowing that add significantly to the cost of the Honda, Buyers don’t be fooled this is a scam by dealerships to further increase the cost to customers. In addition they try to charge me extra for them we putting undercoating under all their cars to prevent rust since none of their cars comes with any undercoating from the manufacture , this is another lie, they are a disgrace.

Learn from my mistakes and trusting them.

Get a mechanic to check your vehicle first. Sales say anything to make the sale. Protect yourself. I left with only one key, unplugged wires, missing equipment etc., due to lies and, I have myself to blame for trusting them. I will have to live with it everyday. Don't be me.!!!

Rude and very bad customer service

I call these guys on a vehicle they're trying to sell which is BMW, i have never / ever seen or talked to someone as rude as they are they are the worst believe me. Dont do business with these guys for sure
