We purchased and serviced our vehicle from day one at this dealer. We had a tire pick up a nail on a short trip. It turned out that the PSI sensors were not properly calibrated to the correct tires. The car showed the left year was going down and we stopped on a very busy highway to check and it appeared fine. Then the car started driving erratically and we pulled into a Goodyear dealer. The actual right front was flat and destroyed , we were amazing of the service at Goodyear whous who put on our temp tire for 20$ and had it done in 15 mins. I called Paynesville Chev and explained what happened and they confirmed the did rotate the tires and forgot to set the psi to the right tires. So since it’s all wheel drive and the mileage was close to the end of the tire, we wanted to get four new ones. This is where I got upset, the service writer could have cared less that they failed to have the correct calibration of the tire sensor. Said he could get to it next week. Also suggested we take it somewhere else. Well sir we did, spent over a thousand dollars at another location in Paynesville and got prompt service and they even stayed open late to meet with us. Now did I expect a free tire ? No! I did expect since they agreed that they didn’t do the job properly to at least get us on the schedule and more prompt than next week. Clearly this will be my last dollar spent at Paynesville Chevy and hey guys move your dealership th the MLPS area if you want to be like this in a small community. As a matter a fact we were treated much kinder with empathy to our situation from an out of town Goodyear dealer than our supposed local friendly one. I’ll make sure to share with everyone in town our terrible experience with Paynesville Chevy!

Great experience! Wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted but Matt encouraged me to test drive many different models to be sure I was getting what I wanted and was comfortable driving! Absolutely love my Chevy Blazer RS!! I will definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases!

Very dissatisfied!
Very dissatisfied! Bought used paid high price thinking they looked it over its good to go… nope. Owned it for 25 days had to bring it in three times still the engine light is on! They say they wanna keep a good name but don’t wanna help. Told them not to fix something on it we will do it yet they fixed it anyways and had to pay for the parts! Trusted them with finding a reliable vehicle for my family and I have had to bring it back 3 TIMES in 25 days! The only nice and not rude person was Sam!

We did not end up purchasing the vehicle we inquired about. The vehicle was sold before we were able to make it to the dealership to test drive, which was entirely on us. We bought a vehicle at a different dealership. The salesperson at Paynesville Cheverolet Buick, Bailey, was extremely helpful. Their sale of the vehicle we were looking at fell through and Bailey had kept our information and reached out to see if we were still interested.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Avenger.
I bought the 2014 Dodge Avenger with 121k miles. Very nice car. I bought it as is. Now I understand that when you buy a car as is you will have to make some minor repairs. I just had a remote start put in and the mechanic said that there is issues with the rocker arms and valves, they can be worn. He said that this takes awhile to happen. So when they sold it with the issues happening. The heater core was also broke. These 2 issues will cost $3k. I tried to talk with them and maybe try to come up with some kind of a solution. I spoke with Tyler the sales manager. He shut me down saying no extended warranty there's nothing I can do. He would even listen.

wasted my time
went in on a Saturday at 930 to look at a new Blazer they offered me 14000 on a 22,000 truck. Told me they would work with me and bumped there offer to 14500 keep in mind this is now 130 when I left and wasted half my day. Told me this was a fair offer. when I showed them 3 trucks in a 30 mile radius for sale at other dealers for 22,000 said there is no way...
