I like to wait a bit before leaving reviews, sometimes thinking about an experience helps to settle one's thoughts. I have to say that when we left Gates in North Windham, we were thrilled with the experience of buying a used car there. JP was our salesman. We let him know that we were looking for an SUV and he brought us over to them. As we passed by each one, we either nixed them or asked questions about them. We settled on one in particular and took it for a test drive. We were very pleased with it and decided to make the purchase. We had to get to the bank before they closed, and time was running out. JP took care of everything on his end, Eric took care of the financial end of the purchase very quickly and engaged others to print out forms for him. One fellow even opened the door for us because he knew we were in a hurry to get to the bank. There is a lot to be said about how well everyone worked together. We never thought we would be driving off the lot with the car of our choice that day, but we did. JP was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The integrity he showed put my mind at ease, as I was very nervous about making this purchase. He never pressured us or pushed us to buy something else. He took the time to answer our questions and even worked with the insurance company to set everything up. We cannot say enough about JP and Gates and highly recommend them to everyone!
