I have only leased two vehicles so far with the Rib Mountain Chevy dealership and with both vehicles I have been completey satisfied. The Trax was a good vehicle but now have a granddaughter and the car seat did not fit well in the Trax. With Ryan Hubacek's assistance, he found a car that would fit the car seat and fit my budget. He went the extra mile to find a vehicle that would work for me and the Trailblazer is awesome. Thank you, Ryan!
Best Sales Rep experience Ever!
Our salesman Brian Tesch far exceeded our expectations, even after the purchase of our truck. After a minor complication with the vehicle, he went above and beyond our expectations, for a sales rep, to ensure we had the vehicle back within a timely manner. Jim is a Ford Man Forever!

Warranty service
Had warranty service done ..service manager always letting you know what was happenong to the truck on what they were doin to solve the issue.
Best service experience in a bad situation
We experienced trouble on the road and Kocourek was the closest dealership. Within a half hour we were on the road with a 2018 rental and they would service the car that day! Service completed same day and service from staff could not have been better. Highly recommed Kocourek!
The Best service we have ever had!
We experienced a sudden malfunction on the road, Kocourek was the closest delaership. What a terrific find! Bob Petts and company were amazing in delivering profesional and efficient help. Your people are a real class act! We shouldnt be suprised by great customer service, but this day and age it is refreshing! Thank you!
Worst Service Dept - Poor Service
The service personnel were extremely rude and made me go out in the cold (-35 degrees) to retrieve my own vehicle. I pulled up to the door and had to wait for them to move the cars so I could finally pull my vehicle inside. After getting checked in for my oil change, I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours before asking the service lady for a status update. She told me she doesn't know and that I was not her customer and she walked away from me. I asked Bob, who apparently was my Service guy, and he told me he couldn't find me (even though I was in the waiting room the whole time) and watched 2 other people that arrived after me for the same service be checked out before me. I received no compensation for this poor service and will not be returning or referring anyone! They also tried to sell me a bunch of crap for my car with only 25k miles on it. I've never had to do a brake cleaning service or fuel treatment on any other vehicle and have never heard of such a thing for over $350!! Seems like a scam to me! No management to resolve any issues either!
Unexpected new car purchase
Due to the high cost of repairs required on my vehicle, I ended up deciding to buy a new one. Everyone there was super helpful.
