No fault of Marc or Jordan there was a problem with the title and Marc did everything to expedite the process of getting this fixed. I never got a response from my inquiry of car I was considering. Very rude business practice

Attempted to purchase a used porsche boxter from this dealership, its been over 1 week and they been giving me the run around on issues with the navigation. Last Friday they stated they were contacting the porsche dealership, 5 days later I got the same response

My bill ended up being almost double what I was told I would pay. I don't think it was a purposeful lie, but a communication issue. I had my brake pads replaced and now my brakes squeal. Why would that be? After my appointment, I noticed that now my exhaust is making a funny sound. I don't think anything was done to it, but often times it seems that when I bring my vehicle in, something else is always wrong with it afterwards. This has happened several times.

Excellent as usual. Had my vehicle detailed, oil changed, completely looked over and gone through. Very impressed with the customer service and price of everything!

I have only leased two vehicles so far with the Rib Mountain Chevy dealership and with both vehicles I have been completey satisfied. The Trax was a good vehicle but now have a granddaughter and the car seat did not fit well in the Trax. With Ryan Hubacek's assistance, he found a car that would fit the car seat and fit my budget. He went the extra mile to find a vehicle that would work for me and the Trailblazer is awesome. Thank you, Ryan!
