These 5 Stars are for the vehicle purchased and James in Sales. Logistics prevented me from buying the coolest car ever in person. Delivered 10 days ago in an enclosed trailer. Long distance purchases can be stressful but James, as fine a Sales Rep as I've ever dealt with and a pleasure to talk to, saw me through and the car is phenominal. Best Experience Ever

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership hands down they listen, no hassle no pushiness and pretty much keep their word on getting you into a car. Best part is after listening to me anbout my concerns and not having good credit scores they showed me only cars that they thought that I would get approved for they didn't get my hopes up on the $20,000 , 25,000 dollar car on something that wasn't in my budget that I could not afford they put their heads together and found what would work for everyone as far as finance company and as far as me getting approved into an SUV which is the only thing I can drive and get in and out of because of back issued. never once did I hear no never once did I hear well let's try this on or let's just run your credit a thousand times they put their heads together and they got me approved on the car that I liked so congratulations Ocean Crest you are the best James my salesman Mac in finance and Jason the dealership manager you're all awesome love you guys! I will be back to buy my next vehicle through you and only you if I could give more stars I would. Best Experience Ever

Very shady business practices.

Very shady business practices. Was told vehicle wasn't ready to be sold, and would be notified when it was so I could go look at it and take a test drive, but then next day recieved a text message at 7am saying that the vehicle was sold to someone that bought it sight unseen.

It was a great experience working with Brittany and funny

It was a great experience working with Brittany and funny chit-chat with James who offered us to buy food while waiting to complete the transaction. I'm glad we made it and most of all we love our Honda Ridgeline .

2015 Chysler 300

Morgan was great! I went there looking for a nice vehicle that my 14 year old daughter would enjoy me dropping her off in school in!! And we definitely found a pretty pretty 300 that makes us both happy!!! Morgan was very knowledgeable and was quick with details on the 2-3 different cars we were choosing from.. Everything went smooth and pretty quick! I was impressed.. I'd definitely refer Morgan to others! Thanks again guys!!

Great sales experience!

Went in to buy one car and left with two. Great sales from Morgan and Alex. They did not pressure me to make a purchase, they let me tell them what I needed and they showed me what was available. Which in this day is refreshing. I was also helped by Brendan the sales Manager, who also not only made me feel welcome, but my mom and brother (who tagged along) as well. These guys deserve some recognition!

Worst Buying experience I've ever had

Do not waste your time with this lot! I put a deposit down on a new truck they were expecting in, and the second it showed up, they did everything they could to make sure I backed out. I even drove the 3.5 hours up there, and they lowballed the xxxx out of my trade, substantially lower than any other lot I spoke with. WORST Car buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought a lot of vehicles... and several have been from some shady lots.

My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Ocean...

My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Ocean Crest in early 2018. The sales process took a pretty long time, there was a lot of back and forth about payment and various insurance and warranty polices that they insisted on adding. It took three different sales/management staff to demonstrate the features of the car to us. No one really seemed sure about how various things worked. One person even tried to claim the car was fitted with cruise control, which it was not. The vehicle ran fine for a few months and then the problems began. First was a noise coming from the front suspension and steering column area. It took five different visits to the service department of Ocean Crest before they could identify any kind of problem. Once it was identified it was fixed without much more resistance. Next was the passenger airbag sensor. It turned out this issue was related to a recall for the vehicle that had been previously missed during the PDI. This was a pretty simple fix as a recall notice had been issued. The next issue we had was the Start/Stop function on the engine started to malfunction, not restarting the engine once the brake pedal was released again. The first reaction of the dealership was to say that my wife didn’t know how to operate the vehicle properly. Initially they refused to even look at the vehicle for this issue because “it’s not possible for that to happen” according to the tech. It was a real struggle to get them to look at the car for this issue and of course when they did, they found nothing wrong. We tried for months to get this issue looked into properly but with no success. The service department here can be very resistant to helping customers with warranty issues. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience all round.
