My Buying Experience

I bought my wife a brand new Cadillac Escalade as her early Christmas Present. I worked with Shane Whitmore, called and spoke with him, told him exactly what I was looking for. He got me all of the information needed to make this process easy as can be. I was in and out within a few hours and my wife was extremely happy! Thanks Shane for making this a great experience!

Senior Citizen

We recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruz from Wheeler Chevrolet on September 30, 2016. It all started with my phone call to Wheeler Chevrolet that was answered by a very professional and friendly receptionist. She forwarded my call to a salesperson, Shane Whitmore. We had a nice conversation that eventually led my wife and me to a meeting with Shane. We didn?t know Shane so we didn?t know what to expect. After meeting and talking with him, we were very pleased we did. He?s a very nice guy, professional, friendly, personable, and listened to our needs and requests in a new car. As seniors, we?re very protective and particular in whom we associate or deal with. Shane fit the bill for us. A few days later, he found the car we wanted and at a great price. Gentleman that called seemed confused.

I went with my husband to look at a Jeep and saw a Nissan Juke there. I love those cars and wanted to find out more. So I contacted them the next day. The man who called me seemed old and confused. I hate to put it that way. I mean , we are all getting older..right? lol.. but he called me by the wrong name, he was confused about the car, said he was going home (3:00) and just overall sounded kinda "out there". Still a great dealership, but it may be time for that gentleman to retire.
