I was looking to trade in my car, but it wasn’t something that I was planning on doing right away. My experience with Klint, however, was so awesome that... I was completely sold on leaving the lot with a car that day! This was my first time ever going onto a lot and looking for a used car. Klint was not only accomodating and patient, but he was very thorough and explained the whole process to me so that I could understand exactly what I was doing. I really appreciate this dealership because they were kind and their personalities were not that of someone looking to just sell you anything in order to make commission. I’m trying to convince my mom to go through Klint for her new car. Thank you so much for such an easy and wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!
We drove from Salem (>200 miles away) to check out a vehicle at Sherrell. We were a little nervous driving so far to look at a vehicle but Luis, Dave,... Tyler, and Connie were all so kind and took extremely good care of us! The other reviews about them treating their customers like family is so true! Although we're from Salem, we're telling everyone we know who is in the market for a car about Sherrell... They made it the absolute easiest car buying experience we've ever had. They also made driving every mile to get there completely worth it! Thanks you guys! We'll be back!

Bought a used car with the codes wiped. Turns out it had about 6-8 things wrong with it including failing brakes. (Very unsafe) Looked like newer tires... yet they keep going flat.
They put things on window sticker they won't honor. They make appts for repairs and then when you drive 45 mins to get there, they claim they don't have... an appt. Not impressed with the dealership at all!! Very disorganized and they don't care.

I went in for a recall on my windshield wiper motors and while I was waiting a desk guy came out to say my window had a rock chip below the seal. My window... didn't have any cracks so I thought it was nice of him to let me know. They didn't show me anything. They wrote that there was a chip on my service receipt and sent me on my way. On my way home (~20 miles) I developed a crack that covered a third of my windshield and originated under a plastic cover next to my windshield wiper motor. I called and talked to the manager who said it was my issue not theirs. I called Chevy and they said it is a franchise so they have no way to resolve the issue. The window shop that replaced my window for ~$700 showed me the attached pictures with the plastic cover off. Their opinion matches mine as does another local chevy dealer - Sherrell broke my window and refused to make it right.
Eric, That is very unfortunate. We would never intentionally break or harm any of our customers vehicles. Although our records show that your windsh...ield did have a substantial chip about a quarter size in the windshield glass under the plastic trim when it showed up at our service department for your appointment. Our technician stopped what he was doing to have you informed of the chip in the glass before we performed the wiper motor recall. Our technician just removed the plastic trim to access the wiper motor which is located in the engine compartment. We're not sure why we would be responsible for cracking your windshield when it was never even cracked at our dealership and there already was a rock chip present in the glass. You were informed about the chip in the windshield so Sherrell Chevrolet is not responsible for cracking your windshield. Sounds like your windshield crack was just an unfortunate event and was just a matter of time to go from a chip to a crack. We apologize for you inconveniences and wish you the best of luck.
