Horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience buying a used truck from Sherrell Chevrolet. I would not recommend giving your money to these guys. Bought a Ram 1500 with less than 100000 miles on it, and the motor failed less than 6 months later. When the motor failed, I was in contact with Sherrell Chevrolet, they instructed me to bring it to another dealer for diagnosis. And that they would see what they could do for me. After bringing the truck to a third-party dealership, I'm paying diagnostic fees, I returned to Sherrell Chevrolet with the bad news. The individual that I dealt with was very short with me, and I could tell that they didn't want to deal with me or the problems I was having. He said that he would see what he could do for me, and give me a call back. I never got that call. Customer service was horrible, and the third party mechanic who diagnosed the problems with my truck said that there were check engine lights stored in the truck's computer system. In my opinion, if Sherrell Chevrolet is doing inspections on used vehicles they take in, that is something they should have noticed before selling me the truck

Proud Chevy owner

Originally I came in to test drive this used 2007 Chevy Silverado they had on the used lot. While test driving the rig we got to meet this salesman named klint mills awesome guy literally answered every question I had for him as we end our test drive I see this beautiful 2020 metallic grey Chevy Silverado test drove that and immediately fell in love and now I?m a proud owner of a 2020 Chevy Silverado crew custom!!!!!

How dealerships used to be

I cannot say enough about the customer service provided by Tyler and Klint facilitating the sales process. This was different because we live a few states away. They had the vehicle we wanted. They looked into options and prices to have the vehicle delivered. There was no pressure, just helpful, polite, professionalism. I chose to fly in and was even met at the airport. The staff handled the out of the ordinary paperwork quickly and accurately. This all helped get me on the road to start my trip back home. Best truck buying experience

I worked with Tyler Christiansen at Sherrell Chevrolet this week buying a new truck. By far my best dealership experience. Not often do you go into a dealership and feel that the people truly care about you and your interests first. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family without a doubt.

More Than Satisfied!

I was looking to trade in my car, but it wasn’t something that I was planning on doing right away. My experience with Klint, however, was so awesome that I was completely sold on leaving the lot with a car that day! This was my first time ever going onto a lot and looking for a used car. Klint was not only accomodating and patient, but he was very thorough and explained the whole process to me so that I could understand exactly what I was doing. I really appreciate this dealership because they were kind and their personalities were not that of someone looking to just sell you anything in order to make commission. I’m trying to convince my mom to go through Klint for her new car. Thank you so much for such an easy and wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Bought a used car with the codes wiped. Turns out it had about 6-8 things wrong with it including failing brakes. (Very unsafe) Looked like newer tires yet they keep going flat.

Dropped the ball from the get go!

They put things on window sticker they won't honor. They make appts for repairs and then when you drive 45 mins to get there, they claim they don't have an appt. Not impressed with the dealership at all!! Very disorganized and they don't care.
