Robert Serna was polite and knowledgeable . He answered all of our questions and was very professional.



So I went in to see Bridget, and I should of got my first clue when she was snarky on the phone, that I shouldn't work with her. I go in, test drive the vehicle I want to purchase, and have to search for her even tho she saw me pull back up. She was in the office with other salesman laughing. So she finally brings me paperwork with a purchase price $1000 higher then listed, when asked about it, she said she thought it was a financing fee, well I had my own financing through usaa, so continued to ask, and she "realized" it was her mistake. I'm a disabled veteran who gets registration fees waived due to that, so I asked her about that, she said no. Asked for lowest price on car, she wouldn't go down any, not even a few hundred dollars to make up for the registration fees she was forcing me to pay. Then she has another sales person come in and ask for the keys, as were working out a deal to purchase this vehicle, and she says " oh is someone interested in it" and the other sales person says "yes I have to get it ready to show tomorrow" well, ya think you could wait to see if I am going to purchase it? So I said forget it at that point and went to leave, before I even made it out the door she was back in the other office laughing away with her coworkers. I'm very frustrated at the attitude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER RECEIVED. Next time wait till someone leaves, before you start laughing at them. I was kind the entire time, and didn't show how mad I was till I went back in to talk to a manager who were both busy, and I even requested a call back which I'm still waiting on. Also asked about the shaky noisy rear door and she said no one was here to look at it, its as is. She had no intention of working with me on selling me the car. Which is very frustrating after a 12 hour work day to drive an hour, and then receive this kind of treatment.


purchased truck from out if town.

I live out of state and found a vehicle from this company that I wanted to purchase. I specifically asked about a couple of things on the truck and what condition they were since I was buying the truck sight unseen. I was told tires were in good shape and only slight scratches and door dings in the vehicle. Upon arrival flying in from Arizona I was only allowed to walk around the vehicle while it was in a small bay couldnt see it in the sunlight. Signed paperwork and they pull the truck upfront. Then I find the tire pressure light is on and the salesman checks it out. Bad tire pressure sensor. Open the door and find the driver seat plastic where controls are to be broken. Then i get in the truck to go home and about 5 miles out of town when I get up to 70mph the truck starts to shake pretty bad. Once I get home and take a closer look at the tires I realize they are literally rotting off the truck. Also backup camera doesn't work. So after 1500 in tires, 250 to fix camera and an alignment i paid 2k in repairs plus travel costs. I have given them all of these costs in a letter 3 weeks ago and received no help or even apology I dont recommend buying from them if you are from out of town and can't see the vehicle!!!

Corey Castillo was extremely helpful through the entire process. We spoke on the phone over a couple of days before I came to the dealership, and he answered all my questions and was straightforward with rebate and financing options. He is not pushy, and made the experience very easy and pleasant. I?ll definitely reach out to him for future vehicle needs.

No Time Wasted

This is a no nonsense Dealership. I was able to arrange a deal on my new GMC Seirra 1500 4x4 crew cab over the phone. I wasted no extra time at the dealership. Everything was as we discussed on the phone. Steve was very helpful in closing the deal when I got there. Sammy was an excellent salesman and found me the vehicle I was looking for very quickly. I have already ordered a new Yukon XL from Pursch Motors. These guys are awesome . A real pleasure to do business with thes people.This is no nonsense kind of dealership.
