Had a breakdown in a remote location and were towed to Blue Diamond GM on a Friday afternoon. They were able to diagnose the problem, locate the necessary part and have it delivered on Saturday morning. Technician came in on Saturday to install the part and we were back on the road in no time. Very grateful for their excellent customer service!

Picked up my broken down truck in a remote location and had a service mechanic come in on a weekend to get it back on the road. It was pretty significant mechanical failure and they did everything they could to get me on the road asap

I emailed questions about a car and they responded immediately. Unfortunately for me it had just sold, but I was impressed by how quickly they responded especially since the car had just been purchased. Good communicators are indicative of good service.
