We had a great experience in buying our car at Skyline
We had a great experience in buying our car at Skyline Motors . Montana was extremely helpful and made everything very easy so we didn’t have to spend all afternoon working on our deal. The prices are reasonable and great customer service.

Our experience started with a telephone inquiry.
Our experience started with a telephone inquiry. Eric was amazing, taking time, researching, and extending a deal to purchase a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer. From start to finish we received top notch customer service. In all our years of auto purchases, this was the best experience. The entire staff was incredible.

Great Dealership to Do Business With
We bought a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali truck from Skyline Motors in Rawlins, Wyoming. It was a great experience. We're from Utah and they delivered the truck right to our door for a reasonable delivery fee. It saved us the hassle and time to travel to the dealership. We did all the paperwork at our home and it went very smoothly. They were honest and transparent about all their costs and fees upfront so there were no surprises or hidden fees. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Skyline worked very hard to find a vehicle for me. No...
Skyline worked very hard to find a vehicle for me. No luck in Montana. Everyone went above and beyond. I have been referring friends to them and I will look to them for my next vehicle.

Potential 40K walks... NO customer service!
This morning I called and talked with a salesman a friend had referred me to. I set up an appointment for this afternoon. I went to the dealership show room. There were no less than 7 people there. I waited in the show room as they unwrapped a new corvette for 10 minutes. Not one of the people even acknowledged I was there. No one said hello, may I help you or anything. Very dissappointing. I was planning on spending around 40K on a vehicle. Unfortunately I don't even know what they had available as no one took the time to welcome me into their business. Like I said the only REAL thing a car sales person is selling is customer service. The staff at Skyline motors has some opportunity for improvement in this category. Very Very disappointed that they would treat a potential customer that way.

Great service
Buying our new/used vehicle was painless. Timber was very knowable about the truck we were buying. He was very nice young man. Ask for Timber when you go in. He is a great guy.

Don't assume they will be honest, research first
My van had transmission problems while traveling through Rawlins, decided time to part ways and get something else. When I arrived at Skyline I found a used 4Runner and began working with Michael. Skyline was offering a "drag, push and pull" trade in promotion at the time and offering $3,000 credit toward a used purchase. I was upfront with Michael and explained the van's problem. When I asked about the price of the 4Runner, Michael asked how I found out about their lot and this vehicle, and I explained I was just driving by. BIG MISTAKE. I bought the 4Runner for $26k after credit for my trade, I drove home and googled the VIN the next day. Turns out Skyline had the car advertised on a couple car sales websites for LESS than I paid AFTER credit for the trade in. If I would have found their advertised price OR if Michael would have been upfront when I asked for the price, we would have had a fair negotiation. Admittedly, the trade was not worth much and I didn't pay much more than the advertised price I found later, but come on man! I was straight honest with you. Be honest with me upfront. Why live being shady? People read online reviews.. Additionally the 4Runner was really dirty inside and previous owner must have hauled a hairy dog that messed somewhere in the vehicle. I spent most of Sunday trying to clean out the funk and will need more time to get the smell out. Don't know how/why I didn't notice during the test drive. 2-star experience. Be careful with these guys.

I would like to address your review of Skyline Motors. I believe you made some false statements based on false information you gathered on the internet. Let's lay the facts out. 1) your trade: the repairs your van needs exceeds the value of the vehicle. "Source KBB" and the words that came out of your mouth. 2) Our vehicle: You contacted YOUR bank/CU to determine a fair offer to us. Which we felt was fair and accepted "your" offer. 3) You looked at the vehicle, test drove it, and had time to determine the cleanliness of the vehicle before your offer. Never once did you ask for the vehicle to be recleaned. 4) You did not call me or your sales person to try and make things right with any concerns that you had. You have decided to go to a few review sites and leave a false review of Skyline Motors stating the integrity of Michael and a misrepresented pricing by a 3rd party which was not current or accurate information. 5)You stated that you found pricing of the Toyota online. Well that may be, however, not from a site I/we advertise on. Maybe a site that phished our inventory and did it without being accurate or with our permission. I only pay for advertising on AutoTrader, cars.com, and skylinemotorswy.com. None of those sites have any pricing currently listed on them and have not for the whole month of September for the used vehicles. So you gathered false information from a 3rd party that was not correct. If we believed everything that we read on the internet these days, we would have found Jimmy Hoffa already, or that the world is flat. 6) Prices do and can change daily, monthly, and weekly. We price to a market and daily turn/stock rate, which can change daily. We may have had a sale promotion when our price was phished, I do not know, and I would be giving you false information if I told you otherwise. Just like you are in the banking world and your bank probably offers checking deals, and lower APR's during certain months that are promotions, that are not good the next month or maybe even the next week. Now a days, customers have the power of creating positive or negative reviews, I would just hope that your information would have been a little more accurate. Some businesses are even fighting back with law suits to consumers that leave false reviews based on false information that may have detrimental effects on the business, sense Google doesn't give them a way to easily dispute the review. Good thing we are not one of those businesses. I use all reviews to train my staff better, and also how to protect themselves for certain types of customers that are cereal reviewers that like to use reviews as a negotiating tool. All you would have had to do is call us and maybe we would have paid to have the 4Runner detailed back in your hometown. All you would have had to do is call us in regards to the prices you saw on some 3rd party site that we SKYLINE MOTORS have zero affiliation with. BIG MISTAKE, and be careful with these guys. Now after your review, it's to late for us to make it right. Nothing I do now will change that review, or your opinion of Skyline Motors. I have copied your review, and printed it for our businesses protection, and feel free to leave your review up but do not change it. I am not asking for it to be corrected or deleted, because I will use it for training to better help future customers. In closing, we were upfront, honest, and very transparent and we wish you would have given us the opportunity to make things right before you chose to believe a 3rd party and help you removing any pet odor that you may have. Regards, Eric Dew- GM
Lack of Trust After Car Purchase
I normally don’t leave bad reviews but my husband and I recently purchased a car from Skyline and the GEneral Manager drove the car as a commuter. He smoked in the car and he said he would send us a solution to run through the car to clear out the smoke smell, in fact he said he would send 2 solutions! Almost 3 weeks have gone by since the purchase date and there is no sign of the solutions in my mail box. I’ve called twice and Eric said they have been sent out. Also the title was not at the dealership when we purchased the car so they said they would have it send out 6 days later as there was an upcoming holiday. 2 weeks later and 2 phone calls later the title finally arrived at the court house. I have called Skyline and left a voicemail and the secretary took my name and number to have Eric call back so I can make sure the solution is on it’s way but I have not received any call back. The Skyline team is nice but they need to be consistent and follow through when they say they are going to do something for a customer.
