    Purchased my GMC here (which was great experience). This review is for my routine service. Sean in service is always easy to deal with and accommodating... with scheduling and getting the work done. I dropped off my GMC and it was finished before promised. Andrew the service Mgr even came out to be sure I was satisfied with everything and gave me tips for touch up paint. This is my usual experience here. Just an honest, comfortable place to buy and service my vehicle. Thanks gang!!!

    Just purchased a Denali. Very positive buying experience! I highly recommend Ridge Hampton as a salesperson and then Ben Gonzalez for the sales management.... Both gentlemen are very professional, attentive to detail, not at all pushy or rude, and made the entire vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. A+ for Ridge and Ben, who are assets to the Pitre business.

    I bought a used car in August of 2018 everything was fine until I was told that the car was sold to me with bad tires. I had purchased the tire warranty... as my car didn't come with a spare. At the time I felt it would be an easy process to work with the service center on getting the tires replaced as they had air bubbles in them after I took the car in I was told they wouldn't try and use the warranty but they would replace the really bad ones but it would take a couple days. In those couple days they lost my wheel lock key then proceeded to hold my car hostage for 2 weeks never keeping in touch on the progress I had to drive down to the service center multiple times because no one would call me back. They lied telling me they were taking the car places they weren't I know because I have a tracker on my car as well as I called the places they said they went. After 2 weeks they returned it with all 4 tires replaced but with damage to my rim and non locking lug nuts. I finally received a call another week later that the wheel locks were in but if this happens in the future they won't be able to help me when they were the ones that lost my stuff in the first place!!! I will never suggest this dealership to anyone as the service is horrendous. This is not the first time I have had issues with a Pitre service center and although I have been brand loyal buying a total of 4 cars in 5 years I will never buy from them again because of the service I received after the buying process was over from their service centers.

    I really wasn't looking to buy. Vicente was so well informed I needed more space than my Canyon offered I really wanted a bigger Canyon but came away... with the Buick Encor and I'm very happy. More sitting room and drives great. Thank you Pitre. This is the third time I've bought here and I love the attention, care and understanding I've gotten from everyone there. Don't like driving in this area of town but Pitre is worth the drive. Thanks again to all who have helped me. I appreciate it!
