Service Advisor, Brittany Tumlinson does a great job

Service Advisor, Brittany Tumlinson does a great job making me feel well taken care of as a customer. My service was pre-scheduled, I left my truck and received a call back to pick it up in a very reasonable time.

Make the Sale then Forget the Promises!

This dealer makes promises they won't keep with loaner vehicles. We were promised a loaner vehicle for the first three years if any warranty work was necessary. Naturally, we are getting stalled and blocked from one since this is the 6th time we've had to take our 2016 Chevy Colorado in for repairs.

Worst experience ever

The worst! We told them the issue and had, had car at another dealership and they told us issue. We asked before driving 60+ miles to drop it off for 3 days since we would be close. They called the day we were supposed to pick it up and said car wasn’t ready?!? What you’ve had it 3 days. Still took almost a week for them to let us know that part wasn’t going to be covered. We asked before taking it to them. They said bring it by. Did get a couple of other minor fixes done. Oh and to look at main part of what was needed they charged us $120. NEVER did they say anything about a diagnostic fee to look at it. And we talked to them about issue 3 times on phone before bringing it. Figured we would go get car because they wanted $700 to fix part. I even called gmc and they told me to shop around because that was way to high. But then when we told them not to fix it they never said anything about any charges. Never have we been charged diagnostic fees at dealer. When we told them we were coming to get car they said it will be $120. They did nothing to the part we were taking it there for. Never will we be back!!! Oh and when we bought car we were told by the previous owner who works at dealership that everything worked great! Not!biggest mistake ever taking our car there

They were prompt in getting my vehicle in to add the running boards. The job was done quickly and correctly. Plus they washed my vehicle. That is what I truly appreciated.

Routine maintanence and service

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. When they found an additional issue with my car during servicing, they contacted me to get approval to fix it. When the repair took longer than expected, they offered a rental to cover me. But they were able to complete the repair and return my car to me the same day. They are a great bunch of folks to work with.

Excellent Service with Quality Personnel

The staff at Luling GMC seems to go beyond what is expected. Personnel from all departments make it a point to ensure you are kept informed on the service progress. They constantly check to see if you need anything.
