I love my new Nissan Pathfinder !

Gremlin in the door

I took my 2015 nissan to service department.I had a problem with my driver side window not working.I had a diagnostic done to figure out the problem.I bought 2 parts to solve the problem, it did not fix window.It took 3 trips and finally found the culprit a broken wire on the door.I believe a improvement in the service department is needed.I must thank Calvin for his professional attitude and the fact he listened and felt my frustration.Calvin stayed the course and voiced my concerns.I was not happy service manager did not contact me to help resolve my problem.Calvin took the time and set me up to speak with dealer manager Matt.Matt listened and agreed problem should of been resolved the first visit to service department.Matt was involved and made sure I was able to know the cause of window not working.During my frustrating 3rd visit,the culprit was found a broken wire in the door.Im not happy for the 3 trips but I was treated with respect and patience the whole way through this process.Thank you Matt and Calvin.

They made the whole process more enjoyable.

Buying a new car is always stressful and we seem to have figured out how to make it even more so with pandemics, shortages, etc. When I decided it really was time for me to make the change, I was concerned with how horrible the experience would be. Dealing with Hugh White Nissan was surely one of my better decisions. They made the whole process almost enjoyable. (At least as enjoyable as you can make dropping several thousand dollars and learning to operate a new vehicle.) And kudos to Jerrod Cunningham for his patience and understanding. He went above and beyond.

Great customer service

Brought my car in for recall repairs and it was an easy process! Great customer service! They were able to fix all the issues in just a few hours. I loved that I could just pull my car in the garage!

Great service

I purchased a new vehicle several months ago, included was a free oil change. Went I went for my free service it also included a tire rotation and 50 point inspection. The service department did a get job! I scheduled an appointment, got in on time and received prompt and courteous service

My favorite dealership by far

I was having issues with my Nissan Sentra, I called and they were very polite and got me in right away to take care of the situation, they were very informative and explained every thing to me so I would know what was going on, I was in and out in just a couple hours, great experience.

Titan XD service

James Boggs was my advisor. Very courteous, diagnosed my transmission issue which required an ECM TCM reprogram. This greatly improved the performance of my Titan XD. The courtesy truck wash was a nice plus 1 initiative that was unexpected and appreciated!!!!
