Arranged a test drive.
Arranged a test drive. Travelled nearly an hour to get there and they told me the vehicle was not there, even though I had Calle to confirm two hours previously! Not even an apology. Awful sales people. Would never recommend them.

Poor customer service and vehicle repairs
Had a car there for over 2 weeks for brakes rotors and front calipers. After paying almost $1500 in May I was just quoted that same problem from a different shop a few months down the road. Stock rotors and calipers still on the car…imagine that, so 1500$ for just brake pads. Mechanics seem friendly and nice but the service manager “Bob” was not much help when I brought up the issue. I will most definitely be taking my care elsewhere for service from now on and I recommend everyone else to do the same!

Outstanding service
Sales people were great didn't feel pressured at all Mike Zippay was the salesperson did a great job explaining the truck. And also Kelly Ondrey the GM was great and very informative also I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a GM vehicle.Great service great people.

I have always been weary of car dealerships. I always had it in my mind they just wanted to make a sale however at Steve Smith Brubaker dealership they totally change my mind and confidence. I told them I needed to stay within a certain budget and payment for my comfort zone. They worked and re-worked my payments until they got it where I needed ito feel comfortable. I was treated so well and respectful that they have restored my faith in car salesmanship. I walked away proud and with a good sense I would be treated good in the future with service and issues . They fixed a minor issue at their expense and fill the fuel tank. I just received an email from Mike who is the salesman asking about my experience and offering any help with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
