Return calls were promised but generally did not happen. A second and sometimes a third call was required. After the purchase the features of the car were not explained. An appointment was made with the sales person and when my wife got there he indicated we would have to come back because he had accidentally had double book another appointment. The Home link does not sync on one of my garage doors. We tried YouTube videos and the GMC website and tried, many times to, set the garage door. I called the dealership. The salesman called me back and indicated he had experience a similar problem with one of his cars. He promised to research a solution and said he would call me back. That was over two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Service I purchased a car from this dealership last Tuesday, paying in full without negotiating discounts and even covering the transportation costs myself. The dealership loaded the car onto a delivery truck on Wednesday evening, promising a smooth process. However, it is now Saturday night, and the car—valued at $120,000—is still sitting on the truck just 10 miles away from the dealership. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact the dealership to understand why the driver has remained in the same spot for four days, but no one has provided an explanation or any assistance. I even offered to have the car removed from the truck and arranged for my own transportation, but my requests have been ignored. This level of service is unacceptable for such a high-value purchase. The lack of communication, responsibility, and urgency has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expected far better from a dealership of this caliber, and I cannot recommend them to anyone considering a car purchase.

Alex, thanks for taking my call. I understand your frustration, and you are correct that the transport company is hauling a very expensive load of vehicles as we discussed. Recent storm fronts moving through the West specifically Wyoming and Colorado on I-1-80 hampered their time frame getting your vehicle to the Midwest. We have been in contact with the trucking dispatch this morning and will be sending their information to you so you can contact them directly to resolve any concerns there.
