    The entire team at Monken has been helpful, friendly, caring, efficient, and caring. I brought my entire family (5 kids!) to buy a new van. Before we came,... they worked with me over the phone to narrow things down. When I arrived, they took my messy van as a trade-in, took the car seats out and reinstalled them in the new van, entertained my kids with popcorn and candy (after asking our permission), cleaned up their spills and mess without making it an issue, made my purchasing process the quickest it has ever been, and I drove away with a new van, exactly what I wanted with a full tank of gas. I HATE buying cars. But since buying my last two at Monken, I'm a customer for life. I live over an hour away and will gladly drive the distance in order to have this kind of service that is UNHEARD of in the car-buying world. Thank you Monken!

    If I could give them a 0 I would but I can't it was a horrible experience here. Later I found out they didn't even work on the car but shipped it out... because they didn't have anyone smart enough to fix it.

    This was THE BEST car buying experience either of us has ever had. Our salesman Butch was super great and so pleasant to talk to. No high pressure selling... or blowing smoke, just straight up facts and no game playing. Kim did our loan paperwork and was totally awesome too. We felt like we got an exceptional deal on the car we wanted, and got a great trade in value on our old car. We would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!!!

    January 20, 2017

    Oil Pressure Light and chimes came on during trip to Florida. Vehicle ran fine. Gauge would come on and off during trip. Took it in and they replaced the... oil sending unit, test drove vehicle and oil pressure gauge still registered as no oil pressure. Dealer finally used an oil pressure gauge and discovered that the oil pump was bad. The oil pressure gauge fits in the same hole as the oil sensor they removed. If they had checked the oil pressure first, they would have identified the problem as the oil pump and never went the oil sensor route. THEY CHARGED FOR THE OIL SENSOR AND THE LABOR! Their invoices are designed so that figuring out the labor rate is almost impossible. As near asa I can figure out the labor to replace the oil pump was 11 hours or more. GM'S book calls for 7.1 hours. I can not recommend this service shop. Dealer kept vehicle for three weeks.

    I told the salesman what I needed and why. I had seen a car on the Internet that I liked. He said sure lets go drive but first you might like to look... at this other car. I looked at it, drove it around the lot and made my decision right then. He had listened so carefully that he knew what i needed better than I did. I just love my new car. I highly recommend Monkey Auto !
